Thank you! So very helpful.... This has been a very stressful time since my Daddy's death! You have helped me understand things sooo, much better! I do appreciate all you do! Sincerely, Shasta
i wish it was like that in the beginning of the video. i can't trust my sister and my stepmother is still in his house and he left half of his estate to me and half to my sister. my stepmother was left nothing and she has everything my sister say's all well. my stepmother is a insurance fraud specialist with her son in law and if her and my sister are working together i don't know what to do
Your videos are great. I wanted to know more about Beneficiary Defective Inheritor’s Trust and search the site videos, but did not see one specifically. Could you point me to a video on BDITs if I missed it?
I didn’t hear you say that any one named in the will or was going to get something from the estate would get a copy of the will. Or is that not a requirement
Hello I have a question. My mother-in-law pas away 4 months ago. The will was sent to our home. And it states my wife gets her car in the will. Has it been long enough. When can we get the car ?. Thanks enjoyed your post
My mother has been talking about her will ever since she's been diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago. She has constantly changed it based on her mood and over even the slightest argument or disagreement between any of us children and her.
@The Mango she has been bi polar and unpredictable our entire lives but since her diagnosis she has used life insurance as leverage. I couldn't imagine doing what she's done to my own children. It's manipulative and borderline evil.

So if the executor is the only person in possession of a will and will not probate it, there is no way to know who the beneficiaries are and what they are entitled to. If the executor does not share information in the will, how would you know who is entitled to what?
I have a question my dad sold his house and a year later he passed away in the will he listed me and my sister 50,000 for each of us and executor get the rest he sold the house for 150,000 I didn't really have a lot of debts he always paid his bills so my question is we don't have to go through the estate of the house so happens now
READING OF A WILL.😅😅😅😅😅 A WILL IS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER HERE. I WAS EVERYTHING ON MY BIRTH MOM'S WILL. Bank account burial insurance, I even inherited a truck on her will I'm even on her living will, and her stepson is not. . her stepson is in control of it all.. so what do you do when you don't have money to pay a lawyer🤔 you walk away..💯 percent 100% here 😅. Because that's all I can do. they don't work with me or tell me anything. 🖕Lawyer.
If somebody had it in their Will that I am to receive X amount of money , can I decline to accept it because my own salary is strong enough to support myself and my family etc, - how would that work?
I have a question regarding the time frame for settling a trust. I just saw someone say you have to wait 120 days in Ca to allow time for people to contest. Is this the same everywhere. Thanks

Thank you for posting this. My sibling thought my dads will was going to be read aloud just like in the TV show Dallas or maybe it was Falcon Crest.

You're lucky in one respect. I'm under the UPC, so I only represent the executor. Your system, where you represent all the heirs, is better IMHO.

She sounds like a gem to be around
