That first beat is so damn filthy
@@madmarshall2218 yes strange no1 made a song
Every keyboard instrument should have an ashtray with an automatic content annihilator :) I have the same thing... when I play :)
Why didn't keyboard manufacturers figure this out for so many years. Without smoke there is no "this" inspiration :)
Shittt
Is the beat at 3:35 on a song ?
Can you please put what songs have been used for the beats moving forward ???
This 4 minutes and 5 seconds of this mans productions just destroyed most dudes lifetime of music.
and this is after his prime, imagine him in the 00s dude was making hits like every day
@@drobercool Exactly, you can still feel his signature sound also, the dude is insane
@@foryh2983 shit man I can only imagine how good must've been to be around all the cocaine and great hits everyday, I would've even mopped floors to be there idgaf 😂 That era had the best sound hip hop has ever had, the songs that were made between the 00s and the 10s, especially scott's are timeless classics!!!!
@@FIoydMayweather Exactlyy, the stories ive read about him also the videos of him in that era.. Scott is definetly the most underrated producer of all time, im going to do a good research so i can collect some gems to put on youtube so people can understand what a genius he is with the music.
@@foryh2983 Yea i know some of his story too it's really cool actually, he wrote history with his music! One of my favourite unknown songs of him is a track he made with a garbage russian rapper called "get money" by timati 👌
V-necks, big sunglasses, blunts and legendary undeniable talent... yeah you must be talking about Scott Storch
Or about me
The first beat in this video is absoluteley epic and need a whole track with this beat and melody type - this guy is a genius

Crazy organic
Whattttt.....self taught???
U believe dat? Dude is using exotic scales. He is also jewish. He must have been taught that type of music. No way he can just come up with that from listening
That first track maaann he kills it. The variations of sound just makes it flow
It's like a Dre Beat with Middle eastern melody.
Fam!?!? What beat is this?!? I’ve heard I need the whole instrumental from the 1st beat lord have mercy

Kanye west : hold my mpc
To bad most of them put trash lyrics to his beats
💯
@@davidwoolley707Scott don't care he gets paid 😂
He's one of the sickest producers that is actually a real MUSICIAN alive!!!
the fact he can play with metronome precision and keep it that way is something special
This should be the most respected man in hip hop ! He gave us hits! Never failed to deliver.
Classically trained pianists must dig this guy.
Respect 💯
This man is a legend and a genius can’t believe how underrated and slept on Scott Storch truly is
One of the greatest to do it
The first beat absolutely melted my brain with how insainly good it is good grief
The first instrumental SLAPS
I could sit here all day and groove to this magicians beats. Listen how intricate that last Break ya Neck melody is. Nobody else can come up with melodies like this. Scott is an Alien.
King of playing with a blunt in his hand
It's not weed it's tea leaves, he's faking it read Eddie Murphys memoirs.
@@bravemonkey455 what is the conmection between Eddie and Storch? Never heard about a nexus bewteen them. Only know for sure that scott storch went to rehab and fucked up his life on drugs.
Sounds interessting. Didnt find anything in the web. Can you tell more?
The amount of people that confuse a blunt with a joint is amazing

More appreciative of this man’s work and abilities in the last month than I ever was🔥🔥 He really was that good
Killed it! Much love for making these bangers over the years❤️
Back hear again, literally every song he plays is a known banger. Legendary. Underated really.
Scott Storch is the shit his my biggest inspiration...🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 He forever gon’ be legendary 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thing with Scott storch he knows how to keep it simple and perfect instead of going ham on piano skills he just keep it simple and hard so people vybe with it on the spot
True
He makes it look so easy. Genius!
Storch is one of the illest, I could watch shit like this all day
Let's keep it real especially with regard to Pharrell and Scott Storch, classic training gives you an unparalleled understanding of music that if applied to hip hop makes you untouchable
I’m pretty sure he’s actually self taught
@@crispykid1184 regardless how he learnt im tryna say having the ability to play the piano and understand progressions etc. is a good tool
@@IsaacSemple fuck yeah watching him he actually seems to hardly ever be touching a laptop or a drum kit ever
Knowing music theory gives you a huge advantage but you still have to apply like crazy to be a master. They are bosses though..
He only plays very simple beats and melodies, I don't see how his understanding of music and playing of instruments is anything impressive. He literally does everything with a single hand while smoking, these are melodies that beginners would practice with. What makes him impressive is that he just comes up with them on the spot, all the time. He is extremely good at just improvising and creating music. To say his music training or whatever is what makes him good is just dumb.
Definitely a great one! I've been a fan for years.
2:03 Lord have Mercy
I need a name shit craxy
Man definitely my all time producers!!
Back 2 yrs later.. love some storch on the beat bro!! Inspirational as hell!!
Powered by Blunts, hit's like a classical pianist.
Digging them vibes when thy keys are in motion.
Lord have mercy…… this man has a gift! 🙏🏽
1:23 I heard this beat in King James and immediately realized it was Scott Storch. Man makes flute sound more harder than any other instrument in the world
The break ya neck beat is dope asf. Brings back memories fr. Im 31 and grew up too scott beats. Hes definitely one of the greatest ever. Hes on the rushmore of producers imo.
The one at 2:15 just absolutely blows my mind can't even explain it
agreed the best one
Tyga vibes Damn
These are all BANGERZ
Scott Storch crazy supreme sound ...respect from PERU
His sound so signature you can recognize a storch beat out of a million. Where would Sean Paul, Dre, 50 and many more be today if he didnt write those banger beats? This man deserve more credit.
2:50 gets me everytime !!!
Classic storch!

That pause...then nod your head....What an epic outro.10/10

The starting was so epic for me when he lights up cigarette and the beat started🔥🔥
He was the Beethoven of our era!

I always respected this guy since his days working on The Chronic with Dre. Legend in the game
He made Still DRE, the song that defined DRE. I think without him DRE wouldnt be even close to as big.
@@stefanc4520 nah ion think the last part is true I think dre would have been pretty much the same he just wouldn’t have THAT classic under his belt but he would still have many more
1:20 just speaks to me😩

Scott after 1 drag: full-on Mozart on the synth
I think this man is so underrated he is dope as hell not including some of the classic songs that he’s done like Dre day man everybody on the West Coast went nuts when I heard this song not knowing that Dr. Dre did not do that song, but Scott Storch did that song like he was Dr. Drake he put his self in the shoes of Dr. Dre and made that track for him Wow Scott, I’m sorry for all the thing you went through brother Booda made you a better man and you were still no joke on the keys as I look at it in 2023. I can’t wait to have you want one or two of my saws bro because you kill it
This man is a beat wizard KRAZY 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
the last beat is the shit God Damn, this dude is the real deal. Hats off
That is "Break ya Neck" by Busta Rhymes. Storch produced it.
He’s speaking through the piano 🤯
He really is!
Very talented. Its ashame he doesnt get the recognition he deserves. His coke habit was his downfall.
What you smokin sis. Maybe he's not widely known for producing some of the best bangers like Dre or Timbaland are but people definitely know. And the downfall? He climbed right back up and he's still producing hits.
Someone's coke habit is ALWAYS their downfall lol
@@felonymelody4773 real talk
@James Jones its shit
This guy only had a short downfall but came back hard in 2019 when he produced most of 69s album. Half of the scenes bangers are still produced by him but he doesn’t have an ad-lib for his beats so most people don’t know it’s him
Just One Word..B.E.A.S.T!!! STR8🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The best beatmaker of all the time
Just came to the conclusion that Scott Storch is the rap beethoven... beathoven.. never seen someone play like a real pianist
Nah zaytoven is

Legend !
still listening to this W 🔥
I kinda recall him as he was acknowledged for the category of songs I was drawn to ; yay that '21. Glad to witness more of his works, this eve that just got better and better.
This "composing" is the driving mechanism for many greats that I admire. And those that own that, we owe a lot to them. To say the very least, he's in his own league.
It'd be great if the full instrumentals can be found for these glimpses !!
Inspirational 🙏🏾🔥🔥🔥✨🌋🛸🎹
An actual producer who plays... break yo neck at the end. One of his greatest master pieces
The playing these beats during breaks in NBA games now, the one where hes in the get the strap shirt
masterclasse
Dude is 🔥 one of the dopest
That first part ... jesus christ ...wauwww 😎🥳🥳🥳
Scott stoorch i would love to meet you man your a legend no end to this talent all the best for the future my friend 👍
This man speaks music
"Let the drums bang out for 8 bars."
Cold af
So good💎
Tht first one was 🔥
So many hits
What a gift he has!!
@ 1: 39 he starts playing the left handed "flute" part with a blunt in his literal hand. He is playing piano while simultaneously holding a blunt. 🤯
The beat is amazing. All of them are. I hope Scott keeps doing his thing and making music.
Literally 90% of producers smoke and produce at the same time, holding a blunt/joint becomes irrelevant at that point
That beat at 2:15 seconds😢 so beautiful
Yeah wtf is it thooo
That first beat
Its so amazing. The one and only. Legend!
The KING 👑
raw skill old school back when dudes had to do this all live at once cause hd space was expensive back when he was making his hits. this guy is one of the few i looked up to when i started making my own beats. just raw natural talent.
doubt you can say old school and hard-drives in the same sentence lol! try Reel to reels
So much talent
Murda got some of the most unique drums. Scott jumped in and made it sound CRAZY!!!!
First beat is dopeeee 🔥🔥🔥
i dont always like the style of his beats but watching him work is crazy and anyone can take notes from watching him and apply it to their game.. at least those of us who actually play our own parts and not punch it in or sample.
when the piano player is so good he makes the midi drums seem like they're in the pocket
That break your neck clip at the end, so sick
The first beat was crazy!!!
Man I wish I could still hear this guy come out with new beats today!…Scott storch is a great example of wasted talent due to drugs and that’s fuckin sad cause I love his beats!
Takin A Walk - Trippie Redd (latest Storch tune I heard that brought me back here)
Fuck you talking about wasted talent … maybe wasted money …. This man’s a legend … with a huge list of hits!!!! And he is still
Making shit … think b4 you speak …
He's still dropping music. You heard his album with B-Real? 'Tell You Something' it's from 2021, but maybe you missed it. A few weeks ago he also dropped a new song with Offset & R-Mean called TBS. And with R-Mean & Nas - Candle of the Devil. Storch still producing tracks :)
1:20 is my favorite of his so far. So cool.
