As per your required accuracy,
@@gopalstudystudio1249 suppose that ballscrew have 5 mm backlash then can it be possible to compensate through servo on not?
5mm is too high, if you are maintaining your part with +-0.1mm tolerance. You should compensate maximum upto 50 micron
Because if backlash is too high like more than 0.2 it will lead to other issue like less tool life , chattering mark, Machining vibration. Here you should eliminate backlash through mechanical correction
