@@Jenniexthetics IT IS UNHEALTHY. Any masala in your kitchen don't contain Saturated fat,Trans fat,Preservatives, palm oil
But Maggie masala contains all these and also some harmful colours and flavours..

@@gopalkrusnajena7383 hey girl maggie masala doesn't contain palm oil and saturated fats and preservatives. The all you mentioned is contained in the noodles of maggie. Check it out on google if you don't believe not spreading false information.

Very well made recipe but for additional taste you guys can add chicken/vegtable stock instead of water too
I am a beginner so i have a question, stock would have the same vegetable taste in it which the soup should, so why bother and also, do we throw away the vegetables after making stock?
@@beecrafty5773 we should throw the used vegetables when they're totally boiled off and not re-usable, because the taste is absorbed by the water, it usually takes 3-4 hours to fully absorb it. Same thing you will use with the vegetables in water, after 20-25 mins the vegetables will soften up which will ruin the taste of the soup. So try to use vegetable stock cooked fot 3-4 hours, the more you boil it the better it will taste and then, when you add vegetables boil it for maximum 10 mins only, if you want to keep it crunchy & fresh. Because vegetables can lose their taste and crunch very easily
