- skip ahead from 7:00 thru 10:00 minutes to quickly see how to adjust the time and beat rate on this clone, its so easy.Let me know what you think and was it as easy for you?
The 7s26 movement IS a genuine Seiko movement. Just because it doesnt have the original dial doesnt make it a fake. Its a "mod". Many people change out the old 7s26 to a newer 4r36 or NH36 as they have hacking and rapid date change.
I have a Jimmy Johnson Special Edition Solar/Radio Sync . . . Seiko Coutura . . . keeps absolutely perfect time 24/7/365 . . . I mean perfect . . . 9mo. power reserve . . . never had a watch this good. I have had it for two years now.
Holy crap! I did not know that they fake Seiko watches. 😲
China fakes everthing
the movement looks legit. probabaly an early version of the 7s26
Well i appreciate that. It stopped working then i sprayed canned air into the movement and now wprks flawlessly
The SKX 009J,is more expensive than the 009K and 007K,because the letter "j" denotes that these watches are made in Japan. The Japanese versions I have found, tend to be better finished than the Korean versions. To help identify the Japanese watches,if you look at the very bottom of the dial, written in tiny writing, you will see the words,"Made in Japan".Hope this helps.
very helpful thankyou.
The 'k' doesn't mean Korea, It just mean nothing. the fact is 'k' means that it is made in china.
In addition, in Korea, seiko watch isn't produced!
K do not means China, however let say that was produced in China, they produced in Seiko production line in factory in China with Japanese quality. Seiko is a big and famous watch house to play with such stupidity.👌👋😘
I bought a fake skx007 at Indonesian market place. The seller said it was original. But when I received and checked, it was fake. The movement is NH36 but on the rotor it is printed 7S26A 23 jewel. Inside the bezel there is retaining spring instead of o ring gasket.
Akurat ga bang?
The man uses a Bullet to take the back off?????? 😱
I dropped my my 009 as I picked it up to put it on and it got really slow by minutes. I’ve taken it to many shop and they want to charge around $200 to replace the movement. I love the watch but don’t know if it’s worth it. Any suggestions?
folow the steps i from the 7 minute mark and you can speed it back up and its quite easy. sorry it took so long to respond but I caught my self on fire and was unable to do anything for a while.
Cool video . Keep making videos.
Nice review if you don't mind letting me where you got at ? and how much you paid ?
MANILLA Philippines . I don't remember but it was worth it because of the constant reminder of my best time ever spent in the philippines 💖
And that is an SKX 009 sir.
I guess the watches probally been magnetise by accident . Try to demagnatise it and see the magic hapent.. The movement looks legit though.. Just my 2 cents
Thanks friend, You may be correct, after 2 more adjustments it keeps time to about 1 one minute in over a week and I am extremely happy with that as when new it was close to 6 minutes a day fast. Thank you for your comment and advice.
When there is engravement on the machine tgat says seiko time corp it means its authentic!
from whom did you buy it?
I picked a couple of them in Manilla philippines from a beautiful young Philippine woman..😍
@@bobjohnson9597 hahahaha...you have a name?
Thats not a skx007 Thats a skx009j1 well known as PEPSI because of its red and blue colors
Everyone is telling me it's 009 you however got it down to a science. This particular watch comes from the Philippines and the authenticity is a little sketchy. Thanks for the comment my friend.
