Albania is a hugely underestimated country when it comes to tourism and certainly isn't the usual place that your friends will recommend as a holiday destination. However, arriving here in Albania I was shocked to find out that there is a multitude of reasons as to why you would want to travel to Albania. The country has something for everyone, beaches, city life, mountains, unbelieveable nature, unique water springs, 2 oceans and it's all within reach within a 1-2 hour flight from anywhere in Europe.
Join me as I show you what the whole of Albania has to offer to travellers like you, as we travel from the City of Tirana, to the Albanian Riviera in the South and to the Albanian Alps in the North.

Beautiful country. It's a pity that western media continuously trashed Albania and Albanians. No wonder you never thought of travelling to. Never believe the stereotypes of media.
It is a beautiful country! Honestly, I’ve never heard anything from the western media about Albania in all my 27 years of living in the west, but I have heard that there was a ‘reputation’ that I have no idea if it’s true or not!
It’s like I watched a documentary on Netflix!

Being an "Albaniphile", I enjoy viewing Albanian vlogs. I suggest going to "gurra e perrise" - a spring-fed fresh-fish outdoor restaurant on the side of Mt. Dajti. It's hard to explain. Just do it. I haven't seen it posted by any other vlogger. Just take Dajti Express. Once at the top, walk straight out the park to the main road. A minibus shuttles you to/from restaurant. Best done to escape summer city heat. The Restaurant may be seasonal. I've only been during summer. Cheers!

Best video on Albania I've seen so far, hands down. Excellent job! I had a boyfriend from Albania and he was 23 when it opened up. He said no one was even allowed to fly across their airspace. They were told they were the best country in the world. Well now that I see your video, I'd have to agree. Amazing doesn't sum it up. Mountains to the sea. The hospitality, etc.

Probably my favourite country and the best trip I've ever done - I went in September 2022 and toured round for about 12 days. I loved it so much - it was very safe, and very friendly. The food was incredible - I still dream about Lilli's Homemade Food in Berat! It'll be overrun with tourists in ten years, I'm glad I went when it was still unspoiled.

Yeah! I would’ve loved to come to Kosovo, but due to covid it was off limits for me unfortunately as I had to do extra tests and things! But you can travel there easily :) all the best :)
