I just bought a 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite, and the pan underneath was NOT like yours. It was like a pan that went all across the bottom of the car, and it did not open up the area for the fog light when I got it pulled down out of the way. I just put it back together and decided to wait for another day when I felt more like struggling with it.

That weird. We bought the Odyssey brand new in late 2011. Not sure why there would be a difference. Hopefully you’ll have no issues.
