Omg. This may be what I need. I bought a pro version because i have over an acre. The string trimmer seems to be made for a 6 ft male and I'm a 5'1" female. It's heavy and awkward.

I can't seem to adjust the head. I have stepped on the corner of shield on both sides and nothing happens. I am afraid I will break it. Do I have the wrong site? I have the WG 163. Please help me.
