If you have ever asked yourself is itis it possible and how to drive a nail into concrete? The answer is yes. And the Ramset hammershot makes it simple to DIY. My review of the hammershot is a quick look at how to use it and my experience with it. All in all it was simple to use and it made it easy to nail into a concrete floor. The Ramset Hammer Shot 0.22 Caliber Single Shot Tool is a hammer-actuated tool utilizing 0.22 caliber loads. This tool is great for small DIY projects. The HammerShot can easily fasten up to 2-1/2 in. drive pins. some of the features include a Hammer actuated tool with a barrel design that allows for easy horizontal and overhead fastening, up to 2-1/2 in. drive pins Its great for small DIY projects, such as fastening two by fours and furring strips to concrete in basements or room additions. This is a Tool so be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and follow all safety procedures. Great opening/intro, B! It appears you didn't read your owner's manual, particularly (@ 4.16) when you aligned too close to the edge but it's an excellent example of the set back (and spacing) requirements listed. More than likely you probably didn't register your purchase nor took the time to get licensed - it's all in the tool's fine print. An exam offered in different languages and a stamp is the cost. Although, the hard knocks school is another great teacher. Get your hearing protection & make Safety a priority. Your kids (& viewers) learn by what you do more than what you say.

I believe you are supposed to used 16d nails which are 3 1/4 for wood and according to the ramset guid for concrete the nail size was 2/12

the instruction manual says not to use it 6-8 inches from the edge of the concrete and this guy is at like 3 or 4 inches. I was literally just waiting for the concrete to shatter when I saw him line up the shot. Lol and it did.
