    Today we are making anda masala in Kerala style. This is a very easy and real quick recipe. It looks nice and tastes simply superb. We already have seen few anda masala recipes. This is yet another delicious addition to the list. Though it is Kerla style we are not using coconut milk in the recipe. It is a little village style recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
    • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 2 big sliced Onions
    • 2~ 3 sliced Garlic cloves
    • 1 tsp sliced Ginger
    • 2~3 Green chilies
    • Curry leaves
    • 1 tsp Garam masala
    • 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1 tsp Fennel seed powder
    • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
    • 2 tsp Red chili powder
    • 1 chopped Tomato
    • Water
    • Salt to taste
    • 5 boiled Eggs
    Method:
    • Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
    • You can use any other vegetable oil in place of coconut oil.
    • When mustard seeds pop up add onion and fry until these get light golden color.
    • After frying onion for about 5 minutes add garlic, ginger, green chilies and curry leaves and fry
    for another 4-5 minutes.
    • Add garam masala, coriander powder, fennel seeds powder, red chili powder and everything
    well together for about 3-4 minutes.
    • Add tomato and fry until it is cooked soft.
    • Add water, salt and mix well.
    • Cover and cook the gravy for at least 10 minutes.
    • Add eggs and cover it.
    • Cook together for just 5 minutes. Kerala style anda masala is all ready.
