From the look of things, outside KQ, Emirates seems to be the most popular airline that operates to and fro our Airport, There cant miss an Emirates plane or two in every video
Emirates presence in Nairobi cements Nairobi as probably the most strategic hub South of Sahara. The traffic and demand is there but KQs Inter & Intra Africa network is poor, hence the heavy presence of Ethiopian and ME carriers who operate a combined extensive Global route network. So Emirates presence in Nairobi is not by chance, neither is it's overall success. Critics would have you believe it's growth is sorely due to the fact that it's owned by the Dubai government and while the investment from the National government has helped, EK saw an opportunity and exploited it fair and square due to Dubai's Geocentricity. EKs catchment area from Dubai is within 6 hours of 2/3 and within 8 hours of 1/3 of the World's population, so do the maths. Emirates is therefore not the World's largest long haul carrier through Revenue Passenger Kilometres (RPK) or widebody fleet size by chance, they are gutsy.
@@aaaviation1 With the exception of QR who probably has a comparable Available Seat Miles/Kilometres (ASK) and a slightly higher Load Factor (LF, 79.9% EK, 83% QR, 2024) across the networks, the frequency of Ugandan, Tanzanian and Rwandair does not equate to increased capacity due to the low available seat density on these systems due to the size of their aircraft.
Very cool!,
Thanks for watching !
Great video dude.
Thanks bro! Glad you enjoyed it!

Emirates frequencies to Nairobi are actually matched by Ugandan, Air TZ, rwandair, Ethiopian and Qatar

Great place for plane spotting. Where is the location?
Hi nabeel it’s within airport confines. Generally you’d have to be within the industry to get this close
This is Four points by Sheraton hotel. I come here all the time for plane spotting. The restaurant is on 5th floor @aaaviation1
