what view tho? it's literally just greenery? I'm wondering now if I'm spoilt as a Singaporean (I think DancingBacons is from Singapore) cos it just looks like grass and trees to me... 😂
@@sfmaslfkaslExactly the reason why, all you can see is grrenery. Major or capital cities in other countries do not have that kind of view. It is just mostly roads, buildings, railways or other houses. You will rarely see trees. A perfect example is where I live. There is very little to no tree in our city because the gov't is transforming them to buildings (it sucks smh). That's why I am also always amazed by his view. I wish I also live in a city surrounded by greenery.
In case a kid is watching : You're supposed to put the food compartment in and closed the lid *immediately* , not wait till the heating pack goes blubby and steamy. DancingBacon always do it wrongly and set a dangerous example
8:57 Imagine if you went hiking and you pulled out this bad boy and started eating it on top of the mountain while everyone looked at you in jealousy hahaha xD so cool!
With the hot pouch meal, you should show the inferred thermometer on the bag when you put the water on before you put the food on top to show how quickly it heats up. That'd be pretty neat!
the edible slime thing kinda reminds me of kisiel, it's a popular dessert here in Poland, it's a fruit juce or syrup mixed with starch and water, then boiled untill it thickens, it's good for your health, especially when you're dehydrated, and you can add some fresh fruits to it, it's so delicious
4:14 cool spoon. In germany only flat Woodn spoons or Paper Spoons are allowed. Paperspoons are yousable for 4 Dips before breaking. And woodn spoons are flat 2D planks without groove. Impossible to eat liquit soup.

I got hooked on their market walk through meals with Shander smelling her little cubby cheek smile. Oh and the time she got extra stinky tofu! Her face and tge little old lady behind her just laughing! I was in recovery from my first fight with cancer and had trouble eating. For some reason watching them eat really helped my appetite.
While watching this, I am impressed with how much the way we prepare instant foods has changed to make it more easy and convenient, like the heating technique to make it that you dont have to prepare food by using expensive electronics. While i find the heating packs useful, I am sort of concerned about how it works. It basically functions trough chemical reaction using magnesium, iron powders and salt. There are also packs that use the thermite reaction. The packs also chemically affect the water, contaminating it with chemicals that then trough steam get onto the food. Some studies say that it is neurotoxic to people and casn be even lethal. I'm not sure if this potential danger can be solved with other alternatives, but it would be better so that people wont be exposed to the risks created by these chemicals.
You should. Canadians generate the most waste per capita of all countries, according to Environmental Defence Canada. On the other hand, the Chinese per capita production of plastic waste was one of the lowest in the world, according to the World Population Review.
@万恶共匪毒害中华 imagine spreading anti China rhetoric you yt trash. Americans don’t have laws against false advertising too. You see so much fake ass artificial flavors and fake substitutes in so many American products.
Interesting! I was wondering where the fish was in the fish maw soup lol but another commenter explained. I’d try everything but the jelly dessert. No thank you!
Nr. 4 is the only one which I would like to eat. At home, it doesnt make sense (because its easier to cook something similar normally), but when hiking or in a nature without a kitchen, its great. P.S. I wonder where this balcony is. The view is great, but there is a lot of traffic noise. Is this in Beijing ?
The teriyaki chicken looked a bit like cat food, to be honest. Not the nicest looking chicken 😨. But, it's great that these kinds of self-heating meals are available; they are a necessity!
5:15 Yes. I got so curious what fish maw was, so I went and looked it up. It is the swim bladder of fish and high in collagen. It is also expensive, costing from $350 US, or more, per pound. Thank you for sharing interesting and new foods with me. Edit- 9:25 Expired in June?
2:06 WOW! 😮 That makes them only .31¢ (usd) per stick. In the US they would easily be $1.00 usd per stick. I mean, beef jerky is extremely expensive in the US and Duck is almost nonexistent. I don’t think most people realize just how expensive it is because they don’t think about the actual amount of meat you get per package. Anyway…excellent video, as always. I love learning new things and love seeing the different foods/snacks and drinks that other cultures enjoy. ✌🏻😊
My only problem is I can't read some of the labels when I visit the local Asian supermarket but I love all the colourful packaging and just hope it's as good as it looks 😂
All I do is use the Google Translate App when I go into my favourite Asian stores. It helps a lot by taking the guesswork out of the packaging and helping with cooking.
I'm not a huge fan of having google products running in the back and monitoring my whole life, but google lens is great for such occasions. You make a photo of the labels and get an instant translation that is (most times) very good and accurate.
@DancingBacons Since Super Nintendo World's Donkey Kong expansion opens on December 11th this year, do you plan on trying all the foods and treats that place has to offer? If so, I look forward to it.
Perfect time to watch this. Just finished eating so it won’t feel like torture 😂
Good Idea lmfao.
No matter what video they do, it's best to watch after eating.
These meals must contain a LOT of sodium!
I havent eaten in 2 days because i got sick. Watching food is the only thing i got hahaha
Same😂
😂
Dude, can't stop admiring the view from your balcony. So lovely!
They had a troop of wild monkeys running through one day. They were like "not sure where they are going!"

The kebab sticks look about as appetising as chewing the dry flesh off an Egyptian Mummies arm.
Europeans since the 12th century: 👀
honestly it has its charm to it. Like the dry bits on grilled ribs.
Not much difference from jerky really

Soul Kebab, but they sucked the soul out of the kebab.
I love the self heating meals, they're so fun to watch as they steam away
In case a kid is watching : You're supposed to put the food compartment in and closed the lid *immediately* , not wait till the heating pack goes blubby and steamy. DancingBacon always do it wrongly and set a dangerous example
The reaction of calcium oxide makes that steaming noise and reaches up to 100~125°C degrees Celsius
I bet they're extremely useful for disabled ppl of all ages that can't cook ... everyone deserves a nice hot meal
@@Imma_nine_year_oldyeah witch is extremely dangerous is any water splashes on your face or the whole container falls you
You should watch MRE videos then. They use the same method.
The Chinese soup container looks so cute! Looks amazing to eat
It has Loganberries 💀
And Logan Paul 💀
And Logan Paul berries 💀
These Kebab things would make me so angry if I'd bought them. You buy more plastic trash than food with that and get a package filled less than 25%...
Seriously.. and then there's more stick than meat on it. What a scam.
@@undeadbeat the sticks are probably healthier than the meat on them ;-)
Totally agree, so much waste 😢

Asians packing lunch
Just went hiking in China and this is exactly what happened, except almost everyone had one of this 😂.

That's "Peppa-bismol"😂

That kebab is making me angry. Soul kebab but soulless 😂😂
Oh no…..the pepper pig bottle looks so wrong for many reasons, and then you go and squeeze the teat 😂😂😂 love it 🥰

Yk, this comment feels like mild racism if you ask me 😬
I wouldn't touch the slime desert. lol I'm glad you did. lol
It probably tastes better than it looks, but yeah, thats a texture nightmare lol
A bowl of sweet snot
It has the texture of mango chutney it looks like
So the rice dish used a flameless ration heater probably based off the one used by the Chinese army in their ration packs.
Nice, okay. Let's start off by heating up that main.
If it weren’t for the large amount of plastic waste generated I would eat like this all the time admittedly
Soul Kebab lives up to its name, which is more of the duck's soul than its meat 😂
I love your content it always helps me relax
hello from Ohio USA i love your channel!!
I love these videos! I would try some of these foods
The Last one - in Poland we call this "kisiel" its popular, has a lot of flavours
Those soul kebabs were so disappointing i was expecting a juicy skewer but😭

The self heating soup was cute and looked good.
Some very interesting snacks & thanks for sharing DancingBacons 💃🏼🕺🥓🤗
I thought I heard a rooster crow when you opened the duck meat sticks. Probably glad it wasn’t a rooster meat stick. 😉
1:48 damn, the packaging made it look so much more appetizing than the actual sticks. looks like beef jerky on some skewers.
That little crockpot self heating soup was adorable and required no assembly, just twist. I'd try one if i knew what it said.
that is definitely a very amusing drink, haha
Thank you very much for your video! The variety if products is amazing, you never run out of novelties.
