I have read comments below and I have also listened to Raila Odinga at that Bunge la Wananchi. I can almost predict a larger plan than what many of those commenting can imagine. First, there's no coincidence here. Who is going to fund the budget for Bunge la Wananchi? It is not a one off thing, or is it? Will this funding have a multiplier effect? Will other youths elsewhere start their own bunges to be funded? What is being funded? Travelling and other expenses such us a car or means of transport for the speaker, other members of parliament and other officials? If this happens around the whole country and Raila has quite a following, does it amount to running community governments? Will they collect taxes, will wananchi be willing to pay taxes to these community countries? What is in the offing here? I remember the retiring President Uhuru's parting statement 'give them 3 months and they will be crying'. I am not a fool. Raila is now saying, 'wait for the 40 days of a thief ' and you will see it. Again I am not a fool. I smell a rat! But I could also be imagining too much a nd therefore be wrong.
