These bricks are made with Hydraulic Press. Ofcourse we test out bricks for compressive strength and water absorption test. Quality of bricks made with Manual machine and Hydraulic machine will definitely vary.
Soil is composed of small pieces of a variety of materials, so it is a heterogeneous mixture. and it differs from place to place. we test the soil from each source & accordingly design the mix.
we apply an enzyme which helps the brick absorb moisture & release moisture but water as a droplet is repelled .. Nano Technology product & eco friendly !

NO ..the treatment makes the surface hydrophobic.. the brick continues to breathe !!
