बहुत ही सुन्दर, सस्ता और टिकाऊ ग्रह निर्माण (जो वाकई सबके लिए न सिर्फ वरदान साबित हो सकता है बल्कि हर किसी के सर पर एक छत दे सकता है) प्रयास....परंतु शुरुआत का क्या है जितनी चाहे करें....सकारात्मक परिणाम तभी निकल सकते हैं जब सरकार भी ऐसी पर्यावरण संरक्षण योजना को सहकारिता प्रदान करे...परंतु ऐसा होगा नहीं क्योंकि सरकार अत्यंत महत्वाकांक्षी नेताओं से भरी पड़ी है जिनकी साझेदारी मात्र उन बिल्डरों से है जो इन्हीं नेताओं की तरह अत्यंत महत्वाकांक्षी हैं....नतीजतन नेता सिर्फ इन महत्वाकांक्षी बिल्डरों को ही कंसट्रकशन का काॅन्ट्रैक्ट देगें ताकि लाखों करोड़ों बिल्डिंगों की बिक्री से जो अरबों आएं उनमें से अपना हिस्सा और गुंडई सपोर्ट लेकर हरबार के आगामी चुनाव जीते जाते रहें....मतलब फिर एक बहतरीन पर्यावरण संरक्षण योजना महत्वाकांक्षी नेताओं और बिल्डरों की लालची सोच के बली चढ़ जाएगी....क्योंकि भई जब अपना काम करप्शन के साथ महंगे में है बनता तो फिर पर्यावरण सुरक्षा और जन कल्याण सस्ते में ही क्यों न हो भाड़ में जाये पूरे भारत की जनता....तो जी संक्षिप्त में न नौ मन तेल होगा न राधा नाचेगी॥

Water harvesting ke liye borwell karna bekar idea h isse to zameen ke andar ka pure water bhi ganda ho jata h.
many people don't know but this design was also shown in Ted. not all other things but a 3 story building with the shape C is actually the best design both for nature and humans.
it keeps space for kids to play in front of apartment and also for greenery, you dont have to wait for parking lines like in 50 story building. plus if all the homes are designed this way. than all the world can only occupy a space as big as Madhya pradesh.(was mentioned in Ted with same area given from USA).
According to Ted this design was considered best for future cities.
Glad to see it implemented here in India and also improved even more.

The old buildings of Jaipur were built with two layer wall systems. The air in between the wall would get hot and then blow upwards. This would insulate the inner wall from heat and thus cool the house. Community washing centres and kitchen centres are a great initiative…but India suffers from the disease of cast divisions…that is why in such a system conflicts will arise…so in India privacy plays a great role.
