- We got a call for a Chevy truck that lost a wheel, sending the customer into the shoulder of the road without brakes.
Fortunately nothing was majorly damaged, and they were able to come to a stop safely.

It's such a pleasure watching someone that knows what the hell they're doing very nice
Thank You!
I agree with you, I would rather drive that truck than a new one,to many computer and electronics junk
Job well done! You take a lot of time with putting it on the bed properly. No damage. Thank you for sharing! 😊
Thank You!
I appreciate your continued support!
I'm glad I found this channel. Great recovery and clean work. I have seen there are a lot of bad tow companies out there. It's good to see you're one of the good guys.
Thank You!
Glad you found the channel as well!
Just a terrible thought really, I do hope no one has tampered with his lugs. 😢. Love your work Dustan. So careful, quick and professional. . Take care and I will see you in your next video. 😊
Thank You!
Idiots change to the spare tire and don’t properly torque the lug nuts down. Second those GM 900 pickups need the brake calipers gone thru disassembled and re lubed or will STICK and cook everything rim, rotor, caliper, lug studs and nuts, the paint off the rim, and BEARINGS.
I have that same jack. Love shopping at Hobo Freight. I live paycheck to paycheck mainly because of Harbor Freight....and Home Depot too.
Same here! That jack ain’t no punk either.😮 Not something to want to carry a lot.
I love the jack, but I’ll likely be buying a lighter version to carry in the truck. It’s fairly cumbersome to get in and out of the box. Lol
Good job brother. Nice and smooth. 👏👏👏💪💪💪
Thank You!

That’s great how you talk to the customers be safe thanks again for the video
Thank You!
Another GREAT Recovery 🏁 Glad you sent the young fella to the ditch side to watch. Shoulder work is so dangerous. Be Safe out there.
Thank You!
Yeah no way I wanted him on the traffic side. I didn’t even want the Dad over there, much less the kid.
Hi, it was a great recovery and a unexpected situation that my stepdad had in that cool how the tow truck worked though
Nice work. Just a thought. Could have took a couple of lug nuts off the other axel and put the tire back on. Just enough to load and unload the truck.
I was called out there to tow it. Not change a tire. Just as easy to skate it, and then I don’t have to worry about getting sued down the road when they drive off with damaged wheel studs and the tire flys off again.

Chevy using cheap wheel bearings again maybe ...
The lug nuts came off.
Actually the load bearing position for a cinderblock being used in that manner is with the holes being vertical.
Great job. Did y'all install the winch remote or did you have to take it somewhere to get it installed?
We had our local wrecker builder do it.
"That Sucks!" Your favorite line for Chevy owners.
Man that guy is getting under my skin. I might have told him to go sit in that truck that came to get him or to stand on the dirt part of the shoulder. I'm not there and I 'm worried he will forget were he is at and step into on coming traffic.
Great job with those boards!!! Very impressive!
Thank You!
You still need to get the Bluetooth microphone for your first camera to get better audio so you don't sound far away
✌️👍😎
Thanks for another great video... Looking forward to Part 2 of the beach video...HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE ✌️
Thank You!
I have part 2 ready, planning to post it on Wednesday.
I'll take, "People who use a cordless drill to install lug nuts ", for $1000 Alex! 15:56 There's the problem those wheels came off a GMC truck and he put them on his Chevy Silverado with the lug nuts that came with his Chevy wheels. Lots of different style lug nuts. Torque them in right sequence and check them again later. Especially alloy wheels. My lugs are 140 ft lbs on steel wheels. That's tight and I never lost a wheel.
I have the extended cab version of this truck (LTZ). 140 ft lbs on the alloy wheels as well.
Dustin, you have a lot of great techniques with that roll back. That was so cool how you walked that bed back and loaded the pick up on he bed without dragging it. Them beds roll back along way. Shout out to Ingersold Rand air wrenches, they will get them lug nuts tight ( the 231 & the Thunder Gun) . Always recheck lug nuts with a torque wrench. Thank you for the great videos.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love your content Dustin!
Thank You!
WHAT’S UP BRO! Good morning
Morning!
Great job Dustin
Thank You!

Glad you enjoyed it!
Smart idea strapping to the Frame on the D/R side brother. I’ll have to keep that in mind next time!

I’ve watched the rest but you’re the Best! Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Thank You!
How do these chevy truck that lose a wheel
All that torque 🤣🤣🤣
Last one broke an axle shaft, this one seems to be loose lug nuts.
Prob howling for 20k miles and ignored😉
What app do y’all use when taking pictures of the vehicles?
We dispatch through TowBook.
amazing skill
Thank You!
No te lo puedo creer pero 😮es
That jack doesn’t look like it weighs 3 tons.
It’s definitely pretty hefty
Where is your remote? but, you did a great job.
I was using it the whole time lol
I believe the lug nuts were lose
Definitely.
Very impressive
Thank You!
Any reason why you wouldn't put that wheel back on, to make it easier to tow?
I was called out there to tow it. Not change a tire. Just as easy to skate it, and then I don’t have to worry about getting sued down the road when they drive off with damaged wheel studs and the tire flys off again.
@@Towtruck_Dustin you wouldn't have needed the wood or the skate under the tow hitch if the wheel was put on. It was just about making it easier to pull on the truck. What they do after you unloaded, its their problem. I doubt they could sue you over that
They absolutely could sue, and would most likely win.
I wouldn’t have put the wheel and tire back on there even if that’s all they wanted was a tire change. The wheel is damaged, and the wheel studs are damaged.
@@Towtruck_Dustin funny. We do exactly that. We put it on just for towing it properly and nobody ever thought it could be a good thing because then of course its also easier to move for the repair shop where you usually bring those vehicles
Hi Sir
Hello!
