VLOG | Physical exam appt. | Very GHETTO Walmart in Panorama City (Los Angeles), CA🫣

I was at two places today… See inside an exam room at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Woodland Hills, CA. I had my annual physical exam + Yay, I conveniently got the new Covid vaccine & flu shot at the same time, from a nurse there. I’ll cancel my scheduled Covid vaccine appointment that’s in about 2 weeks. In this video, I show probably the most GHETTO Walmart in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles, in Panorama City, CA.🤢 There used to be gangs there, but I’m not sure if there still are.
