Sir कौन से Builder ने इस Still + four, case को High Court में Join किया है Please Tell
Jai Mata Di
Good
video is good informative.
Sarkar Jo naye sector banaye un me proper infrastructure stilt plus 4 se banaye.
Should not apply on existing sectors who lacks infrastructure and parking facilities
Ddjay plots also issue?
Stilt plus four should be allowed for land owners who purchased before issuance of notification 23rd Feb 2023 notification as they have no fault and paid premium prices of land due to existence of stilt plus four at that time.
Sir is it mandatory to take noc from neighbours for stilt plus three floors too.
Nice analysis
pahle infrastructure development kare sarkar. Parking ka bhi intzam kare.
NCR me naye cities banaye sarkar.
Residents ki life kharab na kare.
Why is the Societal Citizenship council is not opposing TOD policy which is putting max load on system!!! It's clearly a motivated protest
Land is limited you cant expect kothis and villas in metro city.
Huda sectors main common wall issue aaj bhi sabse badi problem hai.
S+4 policy should be allowed
Bahut lamba ho gaya sir
