I would be tempted to at least improve that deep scratch or force in some black.paint and polish it smooth. Better than nothing for anyone that just need a tv to watch.
Hi I bought a Samsung 75” UE75TU8000K tv from a buy it was brand new left in storge 3yrs got it out turned it on nothing at all can you tell me if I can do to get it up and running please as I watch your video all the time Dave
Well I had a Philips 55"ambilight 4K Ultra HD, worked fantastic for about 9 months. Then I noticed a strange green glow spreading from bottom right, the Simpsons looked really poorly. Apparently it was screen failure after many phone calls with Philips asking questions and press this do that. The one that got them out was screen hours, less than 2K since new. These new tv's are utter garbage really.

Just did one of these, thought it was backlights but it was the main board. Got one on ebay for £24.44 works great.

I gave away a big Hitachi 37PD5000 as was not much use to me
shame its rough condition but yes would do a person a turn
