So you had to turn its on its side to do this to get access or can I get access to it on some tubs by just taking some side panels off?

Not every situation is going to be the same, so do what you need to do to fix the problem.

I couldn't tell from the video, but are you putting PVC solvent on your 3/4" barbed couplings??
Do you put any of the Foam back around the repaired fittings??

So I got a hot tub for free and going threw it. Iv done a few repairs and filled the tub up for the 3rd time. I look all over and don't see any leaks. As soon as I turn on the motor alot of water shoots out from behind a panel, I'm going to take it off and look when I get time but what wouldn't leak when the pump is off and then look like Niagara falls when it is on?

This is how we look for leaks. We fill the hot tub and turn it on. This creates pressure on the pipes and it expands. Your leak will be on the discharge side. Meaning: its not going to be any of the pipes coming from any suction line. It will be at a manifold or a jet. Sounds more of a crack.
