    I'll give you a tip
    You will understand Hangul well if you'll read it in hangul not in romanization. Reading the romanization will make it more difficult for you to read hangul that fast.

    some comments here are so annoying... yes, those are commonly used phrases with correct grammar, so either learn basic grammar to not ask dumb questions like why is there 가 in a sentence or just learn them all by heart (which, to be honest, is not the best strategy unless you plan to go there as a tourist for a few days). please use common sense... and good video btw 💖

      It's not actually possible to do that. Half the words in English will be in the wrong place therefore makes sense in Korean but not English. Try and stay away from the romanization of the Korean words. As I learnt its much easier to learn the Korean and the thing it is. For example "사과 = apple" rather than "사 (sa) 과 (gwa) = apple. It helps with pronunciation a little bit but its better to do it the first way.

      you're right it's 거예요, but it's almost always pronounced as 거에요, but you should write 거예요

    can someone please tell me whether these are formal or informal sentences??

    • @NordicWingz
      @NordicWingz 3 роки тому +1

      They are formal (but not the absolute highest level).
      Sentences that end in "yo" (요) are the level of formality you would want to use with everyone except close friends and family.

      It would be the same in english. It's the intonation on the last syllable. Eg. It is raining! , It is raining? Your voice goes higher at the end and it becomes a question.
