i ordered a product from rare planet, a set of 6 kulhars. one of the kulhars was broken and there was zero customer support. finally a call was picked up, and i was cut off in the middle of explaining my problem and i was told i will get a call back soon and i never did. so i had to finally keep the set of 6 with one broken piece. EXTREMELY disappointed at how beautifully they make fools out of us it's just pathetically annoying.
