Not only is the app incredibly cool - but the programmers are constantly adding new features and improvements to the app based on user feedback! And by constantly I mean every few weeks. So you can never get bored or frustrated with the app features.
Coros watch does have a full jump rope training profile, tell you total and how many before to trip on the wire...no membership and you use whatever rope...sure no ego competition or rpm (tell you jumps counting) if not with yourself..nothing against this, only for sharing my alternative to make experience digital
@@Du7499 I used to wear one of those nearly 50 yrs. ago as a high school wrestler in a highly-heated room trying to lose weight. I now regret that I stressed my body so much back then. I don't criticize the workout itself but instead of the practice of not drinking much water afterward to drop my weight to complete in a lower weight class. Everybody did it, so someone who didn't would compete with a bigger guy who just momentarily dropped his weight but right after weigh-in drank water and ate a lot of energy food. I don't know whether this caused any lasting health damage (losing so much weight, when we weren't fat to begin with), but we always speculated whether we'd have been taller had we not starved ourselves for 3-4 months out of the year. If you're going to eat and drink as much as your body needs, though, I don't know of any problem using a sauna suit.
You can also use a windsurf/surf neoprene on top, without sleeve and avoid varicose vein and jewels hot...salt/electrolite is mandatory with this stuff

That's a cool feature of the app that you can compete with others, one more way to motivate a person.
Yeah, it is really dope!

Why do you wear the rubber suit?
It's a sauna suit from boxraw. It makes you swear a lot, which keeps all your muscles warm and can make you burn more fat.
