- Sun Ninja Sun Shade Review & Demo (amzn.to/3CDRUo8) - The sun will destroy your skin over time. At 41 years of age, I have come to the reality of this over the past 5 years. I've spent a lifetime playing in the sun. Earlier in life I didn't pay sun protection much attention. Now that I have sun damage on my arms and face, I try to keep my skin protected against the sun's harmful rays. The Sun Ninja Sun Shade is a great option that is lightweight, easy to assemble and impervious to the wind. In this video, I show and explain how to deploy the 7' by 7.5" Sun Ninja Sun Shade!

I like the concept. Easy to carry and easy to setup. To me it appears the umbrella offers better shade footprint.
The shade casting off of the ninja appears to give a smaller shade footprint yet is much larger then an umbrella.
This thing was IMPOSSIBLE to set up on a just slightly windy beach!
There is definitely a method to it. Maybe i can help; first, spread it out flat on the sand and then fill the feet with sand. I've found that starting with the corner that points toward the wind is best. The windier it is, the more sand you should use as this will be the anchor for your sun shade. Once it's laying flat on the sand with all 4 feet filled and stretched out, THEN add your support poles. Once the shade is up, stretch out the feet to make sure it is tight.
