      @@ramlopezrealty Not mentioning price is a big mistake, such things are not done either in Miami or among your competitors. Shang developments, is very forthcoming as has been others, such as Federal Land etc.

      It's their own money not from the gov't. They can use it what they want you can't dictate them to use it to improve agriculture.

      @@mariodazo7719 yes its their own money but most of these buyers are foreigners and the Philippines is a cheap place to attract them even a pure Filipino businessman cannot afford this unless they are a corrupt officials. What I’m getting at is that developers keep pricing these units in an unbelievable prices and it is a domino effect making homes here in the Philippines specially in the metro impossible to acquire by native Filipino.
      That is why metro manila have the worst traffic in the world ordinary employees can only afford rental homes away from the metro adding up the congestion.
      It is like in our province. I remember when I was a kid it was compose of multiple agricultural land fast forward now nothing was left, developers replaced it with high-end subdivisions, and most owners of these houses are foreigners with Filipina wives that are not even a native to our place Sooner or later most filipino specially the low income will be a servant /slaves in our own country.

    May I have the brands of the appliances and cabinetry

      Cabinetry are all imported from Europe. Kitchen appliances and bathroom fixture are all highend. However, I can not disclose the brands used in the showroom because it may change upon turnover, but changes are defntly on the same level or higher.
