    It’s small. You’re paying more for the amenities. Would be nice to show the surrounding area so potential buyers know what the outside area looks like. Show us how far the closest supermarket, stores, schools, etc are. Also what about garage or parking spaces? Don’t just show the “bling bling” 🙃 show us the closet and storage spaces. If I’m spending that much money on a condo, it better have a nice walk in closet 🙄 and large kitchen pantry.

    Those monthly rates are just "teasers", There's either a large downpayment or several balloon payments, or both, since their financing term is usually a max of 7 yrs, unless buyer is able to get a better deal via their banks. Better get FULL DISCLOSURE before putting down a reservation fee or downpayment. And that's typical with any other condo development in the Phil. Also, parking slots are sold separately

    Guys, Unit owner here. aside from branded deliverables like fridge, bed and fixture. Quality of unit very lousy for a Luxury brand. AC condensers are inside the unit and creating a bad noise. Like you’re having sound of a generator inside the unit. So for those taking over their unit, you should look out for this.

      Cabinetry are all imported from Europe. Kitchen appliances and bathroom fixture are all highend. However, I can not disclose the brands used in the showroom because it may change upon turnover, but changes are defntly on the same level or higher.       @@pinkvelvet3865 yes, I agree. But I dont see that as a con to bgc as they also need to cater ABC market. In bridgetowne, residential properties have big cuts, as far as I KNOW, smallest cut in one project for studio is 26sqm. Meanwhile, in shang/Haraya residences, smallest cut is 1br with 60sqm 😊

      @@mariodazo7719 yes its their own money but most of these buyers are foreigners and the Philippines is a cheap place to attract them even a pure Filipino businessman cannot afford this unless they are a corrupt officials. What I’m getting at is that developers keep pricing these units in an unbelievable prices and it is a domino effect making homes here in the Philippines specially in the metro impossible to acquire by native Filipino. That is why metro manila have the worst traffic in the world ordinary employees can only afford rental homes away from the metro adding up the congestion. It is like in our province. I remember when I was a kid it was compose of multiple agricultural land fast forward now nothing was left, developers replaced it with high-end subdivisions, and most owners of these houses are foreigners with Filipina wives that are not even a native to our place Sooner or later most filipino specially the low income will be a servant /slaves in our own country.

      Sidewalks in the park area are so narrow. Pls advise management to widen them, not anything like BGC where sidewalks are so wide. If they wanna compare to BGC at least widen the park sidewalks

      @@ramlopezrealty This building while nice, is not equal to your company's other buildings, as the balcony is ultra small and the services are lacking. The Shangra-La at the Fort, Wack-Wack, & Aurea, are much better buildings/unites, in a MUCH better set of locations!

      Hello! As it's a model unit, designers often opt for queen size beds or smaller to enhance the spacious feel, adding tasteful elements that allow you to fully appreciate the potential of the unit. I also think it is because asians are typically smaller 😂 ✌️

      @@dannyestrada8572We’re paying the equivalent of Php 213/sqm for strata fees here in metro vancouver and we only have a small gym and party room and a small jacuzzi for the sauna and no concierge and pool. So Php 208/sqm is a lot cheaper considering all those amenities and services plus gorgeous lobby. And if someone can afford to buy a 500 sqm condo (most probably the penthouse), Php 108K a month in HOA fees is just a loose change.
