looks good but you should have made a null object to track one of the high contrast parts of your fist and parent the sword to the null so that it actually copies each point and automatically, like it actually were attached to the hand. Cheers!
Just purchase template similar to yours, and organize in the same way :) If you don’t get your item approved, it will be a quality of style/relevancy/high-end look which didn’t got approve, and not the packaging. If it would be organization problem, then you will get only soft reject with notes how to organize. Keep improving quality/feel/look of your items and you’ll get approved for sure, and don’t copy other people work, it will never get approved, and original author will get your item taken down. There are strict rules on that platform...
