I’ll never book with them again didn’t get my refund after my journey had to be aborted because my train arrived with only 3 coaches to Scotland during European cup and was standing room only I’m 70 year old woman and booked a seat so because my coach had gone off no seat for me and I couldn’t risk having to stand all the way they refused to give me my £105 back they said it was up to GNER but they said trainline are at fault I never did see my mum again …

Within the past two weeks, I have successfully booked my train travel to Paris yet this company has cancelled my transactions and issued refunds on my credit card. Very frustrating to have purchased tickets, see the transactions go through successfully online, and then they cancel your transactions for your trip and issue a refund. Whats up with this business???
