In the official website of Canada and ARRIVECAN they mentioned that who ever tested positive for covid19 before 14 to 90days of scheduled flight are exempted from on arrival testing and 3 day hotel quarantine. And I have confirmed twice by calling CBSA immigration office Toronto. So please give right information on exemptions,don't simple say there are no exemptions
