Be careful when using 1-year averages for comic books right now. Sold prices from 3-12 months ago are often not a good indication of current values. There have been some rather wild price fluctuations as of late. Don’t get me wrong, 1-year average is a good data point; however, it’s only one point out of many.

Always look at sold values if your pricing, see many sales with average price fluctuations between 5-10 bucks, good,
