I kinda hate when they release heros like this, they seems really strong, but people don't realise that he is only that strong during siege and then people still end up getting him forcefully even if they aren't rally captains in their alliance
This brings me back to my dream of someday having a rider garrison hero lol. I realize it makes less sense about why riders would work as garrisons, but devs also do a lot of other shit that makes no face value sense, so it would be nice to have a garrison that could have a troop type advantage.
considering that he has a debuff against the garrison squad, it seems that Victor became even mo viable option to lead or assist the defense. Victor's 3rd skill brings down the skill damage buff down to 37%; still too strong, but at least not 54%

This hero has vibes of Louis but with a more suitable environment for the siege, it could still be a cheaper option for players who do not have Louis to use with Julia since 5511 could be good for the field, however I don't feel he will works to be as crazy in the field as he will be in rallies where he will bring out his full potential, but still he provides an interesting option for ranged squads.
I think julia lynne will work better than julia bard on field. I think bard is practically useless on field. I am waiting for pande's review on lynne. now i think we just need a rider garrison to counter this one😅
@@fazleyrabbyfahad3032he won't be crazy on field but no useless neither, and honestly julia/lynne isn't bad but they both have direct dmg it mean if you being swarmed you will hit by counter dmg so for ranged squad march you need atlest one AoE hero to trade better when being swarmed, lynne/louis or lynne/jacob makes more sense to me tbh.
Hes just single purpose hero, siege that made him powerful. Other than that, there are better heros out there for field. Low spend should not consider investing in single purpose heros
@salahkhateer7186 Since defeating enemies is no longer a requirement for TC, many will be pushed to buy those arrows, bullets or whatever to make points... which means not so free...
I think heroes who do a lot of damage in garrison will destroy bard. Example: Victor x riven. On the other hand, heroes who do not do damage will be destroyed by bard
meh hard to say really, DESTROY im not really sure, if you're fighting someone on equal footing in gear etc I feel like its still going to be hard to take 1:1 trades or even positive and has been hard for a while if the rally stays topped off, the damage output from range is already mad not to mention the skill damage buff and whatnot bard is about to offer
@@ThatPandeGuy We'll know when the hero is available, but according to the description they insist that all garrison damage will be increased by 12.5% on him. To me that means skill damage, counter damage, basic attack damage, etc. That's huge
@@ThatPandeGuy For me bard was built to destroy all the garison heroes who tank with their skills like thunder, raigoro etc but on the other hand against the dps garrison heroes, it will take a lot because of the 12.5% increase in ALL garrison damage. I can't wait to unlock it to see if I'm right 😅😅
I wonder how both Bard and Julia would do against a Tom and Thunder combo......that skill dmg though is insane man....i gotta get this guy asap......hopefully we will find out as it will only be a matter of time before someone tries this combo attack.........I wonder how any shelter would be safe if the Bard and Julia combo were to win this battle.

Hopefully they will nerf julia, remove 40% hp on ranged squad on skill4, and make it 20. And the silence is cannot trigger again in 10secs. Julia is OP as of current meta. They have to do something about here being too OP
To be fair the nerf on Julia wasn't exactly direct it just made it so you couldn't stack silences with other Julia's if you're using multiple Julia's, so even if they nerf him like Julia it just means they'd be getting rid of an exploit people abused
can't keep getting new heroes and upgrading them to decent skills. There are bunch I am already working on. They need to make gold frags more attainable if they intend to release new heroes this frequently.

They already nerf the silence stack, she no need to get more nerf. Silence 10sec?...seems like you just want she to be average.
