- Days 1 -5 of our Summer ALPs Motorhome Tour. We take the overnight crossing from HULL to Rotterdam on the Pride of Hull Ferry. We spend the first night on the Rhine at an Aire in BOPPARD, 2 nights near FUSSEN at Camping Seewang and 1 night within walking distance of Fussen on a Carpark. We later find out we shouldn't have stayed there because one of our YT followers followed us and got a €25 fine, sorry!

That was brilliant made me smile from beginning to end ( apart from your lovely friends just missing the ferry ), you're so happy to be off travelling again. We lived in Munich for a couple of years and loved visiting Boppard and other towns along the Rhine, beautiful. Looking forward to the next installment 😊. It's a bit weird because we know the big adventure has probably already begun 😂

just found your videos, love them, we are picking up our first motor home on Saterday and hoping to do a similer tour only through france to start in June/July. I noticed you have mirror protectors, something I am looking at purchasing, have you had experience of them actuly working?
Hi Steve, great to hear you are enjoying the channel, thankfully weve never had to test the protectors but they are a piece of mind, if the driving gap looks tight I will try er make myself big so the other vehicle can’t try and squeeze past or wait until there’s a gap, all the best for your upcoming motorhome travels 😀 cheers…Andy&Michelle

Hi there folks. I love your e-bikes they perform beautifully. I wonder if you could tell me model name and approx. How much they cost for I wish to buy one also. Great blogs….
Hi there, great to hear you are enjoying our videos...our ebikes are a 2018 model (Giant Dirt ePro+), they are discontinued now but you will be able to find something equivalent. Key buying choices in my opinion are 250W motor, min 500Wh Battery and drop seat. When we change our bikes we will go for full suspension next time to give a better off-road ride. If you haven't seen it we made a review of our bikes: ua-cam.com/video/VW3mMVVVI9E/v-deo.html We would also consider other big brands next time like Cube, Specialised, Trek as well as Giant. That looked fun, glad your friends caught up. Did they know they were going on boot camp! What model Sea Eagle have you got? We had singles but thinking about a twin to save space in the van. But SWMBO isn’t keen as she doesn’t take instruction well, and we’ve had a lot of paddle clashing in the past😂
They do know what a holiday with us is like! 🥾⛺️ and were panicking a bit before !! Our Sea Eagle is the SE 380X Pro Package, we love it and haven't used it nearly enough yet. Yes we've had a few paddle clashes...and words!! 🤣 cheers...Andy&Michelle

Great place Fussen, stayed there around 5 years ago we, nice hotel on the lakeside. Enjoyed the vidoo, might be difficult to watch them for a few weeks we're off to NZ in a couple of days 😊

@@ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures It's an arranged tour through the Caravan Club along with a few other couples. So all the sights are pre-booked starting in Christchurch on the 24th. We are also having a few days in Singapore on the way out. Can't wait one day to go. Enjoy your trip starting next month.
We have a stayover in Singapore too, we start and finish in Auckland, you never know may bump into you down under! 😀

@@ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures Yes that's the one. It was easier for us to have it arranged than to sit for hours working out the route and sights to see. We like to see the more natural side of countries rather than commercial stuff and the info we have been given is pretty good for stop off places.

I don't know how you can bring yourselves to use P&O, after they illegally sacked 800 of their staff in 2022. The things people will do for "content"! I am unsubscribing as soon as I post this.
Agreed, it is terrible what P&O did to its staff, there is no other operator on that crossing so the only choice would be to go to Dover. It was noted onboard most of the replacement staff spoke virtually no English and no doubt are paid peanuts. Hope you are still with us though...Andy&Michelle
