When I was a kid my mom often made cheese burgers with toasted and lightly buttered English muffins. I loved them! I still do it on occasion when I think about it. It was just she and I so she didn't buy a ton of bread as it just would go to waist and our fridge had a small freezer. Rarely did we have hotdog or hamburger buns in the house but always a loaf of bread and english muffins. Never complained.
I loved the chicken in the car seat! I bought an entire outdoor nativity scene at a garage sale and put everyone in seat belts! Finished all my errands with good company!
I bought a concrete St. Francis if Assisi for ny son's birthday and had to put the seat belt on it because I had it on the front seat and the "fasten seat belt" sign kept dinging..

Hello Hamm Family ❤️ I really look forward to new videos to watch while sipping my cup of tea: today it's Blood Orange with a Cinnamon Stick and Honey. So relaxing, and gets me in the mood to do stuff. I love cuddling up with my electric blanket when it's chilly outside. Highly recommend. I have my finger-crochet loop-it blanket that I made too - soft, warm and cozy. My cats love it too... lots of biscuit kneading occurs before they snuggle in for a nap. Best way to snuggle up with a good book during the "brrr" months as well. It looks like a beautiful day in Alaska. I love frigid, sunny winter days. It just hits different: clear and crisp. Today is rather chilly even though it's 68°F. The remnants of Hurricane Nicole are heading our way, just northwest of us bringing intermittent rain and some winds, but because we're in a lower area before hills and mountains, it's skirting around us. The creek is up and flowing strong, but staying within its banks, and some areas are under a tornado watch. Now, I just need to be able to distinguish between the trains going by on the tracks nearby and the one ominous sound announcing the whirlwind of disaster. Praise Yah that the hills around us tend to shield us from tornadoes. My sister, in JAX Florida just got her electric back on. Wind damage to an electric pole. She, my Mom and other family and friends are all safe. It hit more westerly. I can honestly say, I'm so glad I rarely have to deal with hurricane issues. Been there. Done that. Enjoy the rest of your day and the weekend ahead. Lots of hugs for Miss Luna and the boys. Yah's Blessings ❤️ P.S.: I thought Everett had an injury to his head until I realized it was a sticker. Too cute. I remember the old lady some, but the one I grew up with swallowed a fly.
Hello friend!! Hope you have a great day. The sticker means that he had a good day at school, so he wore it very proudly!! Glad they are safe from the hurricane. I’m glad to not have to deal with that! Prayers for all those who are affected.
Gregg’s Ranch is my life blood. It seems less and less costcos here in WA carry it and have switched to hidden valley. They don’t even compare! Gregg’s is everything! 😂
I bought my mom a heated blanket a few years ago because she was always saying she was cold, I mean she is 71 now so I get her always being colder. It was originally like $80 or $90 but I only paid $40 it was on sale, its good because it has a auto shut off so if she falls asleep with it on no fire.
It's cold here too! Tomorrow's high here in Jefferson City Mo is mid 30's and our low is 19 degree's... The coffee prices where you are is almost a dollar higher than where I am (I'm not a coffee drinker either so I rarely pay much attention to the coffee prices) I am more of a Hot Green Tea person. I buy the Lipton Paradise Peach (6 boxes for $20) off Amazon...lasts me all winter. I make my peppermint hot chocolate a bit different than most people. Every year I buy the Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets from Sam's Club, then a big bags of the small marshmellows and then from Target I order 5 bags of the Brach's crushed peppermint candy canes. I put a packet of the swiss miss in my stainless stell coffee mug along with a treaspoon of crushed peppermint candy canes and a few marshmallows then add in the hot milk (sometimes hot water)and give it a stir (it was the way my gran made hot chocolate when I was little~takes me down a long forgotten memory lane every winter) This year as a house warming gift to my son and his family (they recently bought a bigger home) we bought them each a RTIC stainless steel 12 oz tall coffee mug, (in their favorite colors sky blue & a coral one) a plum colored 6 oz. mug for my granddaughter (the talls so they fit in their vehicles cup holders), 2 bags of the Brach's crushed peppermint Candy Canes (a small glass jar container for the crushed peppermint, a larger jar with a magnetic scoop for the Marshmallows, a bag of the marshmallows, 2 boxes of the 50 ct. Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets, a hot cocoa 3 wick candle and a 3 wick peppermint candle from Bath & Body along with a Sky Blue 30 can RTIC soft cooler. (I can see them using in the boat next summer as a picnic basket or when they go hunting, yes they are a hunting, fishing family) A couple weeks ago the RTIC 30 can soft coolers were on sale + when you ordered the cooler you got 2 of the 12 oz tall coffee cups for free. And that's how the Hot chocolate bag became the house warming gift. lol Much Love from Missouri God Bless
