This video was hysterical. Great review. I love everything ND and am just patiently waiting for mine to arrive. I never owned the Gold so I think this would be a nice addition to my collection. Definitely passing on the highlighters. You are not the first to have the pans fall out! I am in complete shock. Definitely don’t wear the gloss if it burns you, but I must admit it looked great on you lol. ❤

Same thing happened to Angela Bright, the pan fell out of the highlighter palette, she glued it back on with eyelash glue. I’m considering buying this eyeshadow palette at Ulta but I need to go in store and see it in person.
I saw the highlights fall out in other creators reviews too! For that price I was like wtaf!?😂 I'm still on the fence with this palette.. I have the og gold and love it but never take it traveling which I do frequently..the new palette would be great for travel.but I'm having a hard time talking myself into 70$ for 6 new shades..lol
Owning the Gold palette has taught me that I don't look good in warm gold lol. The cool yellow-green shades from Gold look the best on me and she left those tones out of Golden. These warm golds look kind of ... dated? idk I love INAN.
Those highlighters look like crap as highlighters but I would like them as eyeshadows. You’d think in 2024 ND would create a better formula for the face. Not a great price point either.
I didn’t love xenon either, first! Then I started using with another palette. I started using Nurture (crease) and Aspiration (outer and inner corner) from the My Dream palette. After I have that neutral base of the look down, then I grab for Xenon. I just love it that way! I love Nightsky as upperlashline liner. Yes lots of fallout, but gorgeous! Then Skift or Snowbow On the center lid. Oh my gosh I love how that looks so much! It was my go to winter look pretty much all winter! And Ebb, I liked to dab it in very outer corner over aspiration. I didnt blow it out like I did aspiration, I’d keep it more tight in the outer corner and it gave the look a navy tint. It was so pretty! Even if you use a grey shimmer with the brown crease…. And that was how I fell in love with xenon, lol. I probably mostly love 4 or 5 shades (but do use more than that just not as much), I had to buy a backup of xenon before it left Sephora. Snowbow and Skift are so special, I just prefer how they look with brown.
Ha! Your lip does look bigger! But I am not a fan of cooling or heating lip plumpers. I was most excited for the highlighters when I saw pics of the this collection. But now…🤔 I will probably still pick up the eye shadow palette but I am in no rush. I did like the eye look you created❤ You looked lovely and in pain at the end😬

I just ordered this minutes ago before watching your video. I have the Gold palette but I rarely can resist a ND midi palette. Wasn’t interested in the highlighters or gloss but great to see your reviews.
It’s a pass for me because I’m not big on gold shades unless it’s a single shimmer that I use all over the lid. I was thinking if you can’t return highlighter, then you should take those two shades that are the same or two of the three shades that are the same clean them out and stick them down in the highlights like a cookie cutter and you got two new shades, but in my opinion, I’d return it and get my money back along with that lip plumper. I will say your top did look a little bigger. I just think for the amount of pain we go through our lips should look like we just had gel put in them.
I may keep those highlighter shades as single shadows bc they felt so soft and even tho I didn't love them on the cheeks I think they would be pretty on the eyes. I also hate returning things. I feel guilt.
@@KariMeghan I understand the guilt but if you give it an honest try and frankly with anything that breaks like that you should throw that guilt right out the window.
You Need to use a really dense brush for the cream to powders and start with the darkest first then blend out with a lighter shade. Natasha's eyeshadows work best applying them backwards.
Oh, thank you! I do like warm tones on me. I came to the eyeshadow game, and I was loving warm tones when most others had moved on. Still love me some warm tones.
We you're a good influencer... Ended up ordering the Golden palette and gloss as well as the I Need a Nude...lol😂 Definitely putting the teals from the Metropolis palette into Golden palette though😊
For sure. I'm going to test it again to see how long it holds the plump. The burn seemed to fade off fairly quickly, but I wasn't paying attention to how long it pumped. If it's a while, it might be fun.

The lip gloss is meh, didn't get much of burning but my lip definitely feel chapped but I do enjoy the palette😊

I agree with you…duplicate shades in one palette is classic ND. Those 3 mid tones that look similar should’ve been swapped out for a deeper shade.
