I Used a "GET TALLER CHAIR" for 10 Days

- Can you actually get permanently taller after 18?, how about taller after 25? Naturally? I had a hypothesis I wanted to put to the test so I created a special table that would pull at my legs after impactful exercise and theoretically cause lower limb growth. Would it actually work?

Lets pray his girl didn't leave him after finding out he wasn't 6ft🙏
2 weeks is too small amount of time for any results.
I think sleeping with this chair instead of using it only for 1 hour after some lower body workout is effective
research Rustam Akhmetov. He was a russian high jumper who grew 6+ inches after 20 years old using similar methods to these. He used these bands while sleeping pulling his legs and his upper body and having his body repair micro factures in a lengthened position.
Do it for a year or this video is completely POINTLESS.
I tried limb lengthening surgery for 3 months video when?
Don't quit with this idea, sounds brilliant on paper and success is never met with 0 failures leading up to it. Love the outside of the box thinking man!
Girlfriend sounded REALLY upset you weren't 6', lol.
do it for a year
get some socks dude
Him: "I'm 5'11.5"
biology student here, I think you'd wanna do a few tweaks, but it might be a bit annoying:
Even if it actually works, 10h seems improbable to impact in a significant way. We're talking about bone shaping. When you fracture your hand it takes up to 3-4weeks OF CONSTANT STRESS to repair.
Mate, I'm a scientist (by career), and it's people who make up random ideas and do them that push things and find new ways of doing things.
Love seeing your videos when I wake up on Saturday mornings. Thank you for existing pal
Have you tried starting pilates? A lot of people are decompressed from lifetimes of poor posture, exercise etc and find that pilates will add an inch or two to their height because it's decompressive.
Always fun watching your videos I think a lot of what you're trying to do can be a bit silly but that's the fun of it and you never know what actually might work. I like hearing the fun music at the end again. Keep 'em coming.
Bro.., keep going with your journey in growing taller.
Love to see that video ❤ the month progress will be great
There's a looksmaxing community explored the idea of boosting bone remodeling by inhibiting estrogen and boosting GH to maximize osteoclast at the maximum rate that can be controlled with elevated osteoblast alongside it. The goal was to speed up the progress from Mewing. A lot of the science has overlap with the non leg lengthening height increase communities that used to exist in the past also. If you really want to test this hypothesis just 1 hour of stretching the bone is so insignificant and your bones aren't remodeling anywhere near fast as a 21 year old with higher natural GH levels. Also you have to consider that for something like the legs that this remodeling approach should also hold true for bodybuilders doing heavy squats and dealifts possibly after jump training for the bone impact. We would probably see lifters who shrunk in their legs if just an hour is enough time for the bones to change length. You would need to stretch your legs overnight and do this experiment for 3 moths to see any long term changes imo. I don't think it's worth the strain on your joints to do that much stretching with your setup either since even ankle weight hanging on tall chairs is enough to cause joint issues.
