biology student here, I think you'd wanna do a few tweaks, but it might be a bit annoying: - you'd want a longer time, at least 2 hours or preferably 8 hours a day, this was the benchmark used for temporary orthodontic wear vs full-time 24 hours, they found it to be 66% as effective as 24 hours a day when worn overnight, which is likely affected by bone metabolism being different at night - use a vibrating table or vibrator for 15 min a day on the bones in particular is known to speed up orthodontic rate, since it facilitates faster bone metabolism, vibration at 120hz (high setting on a wand vibrator) or a whole body vibration table was known to increase treatment iirc - oral vitamins that are known to also upregulate bone metabolism and speed up orthodontic time, including Vitamin C, D, and E good luck with your experiments x
You can get permanent results if you sleep on such contraption. The problem is it can be dangerous due to it cutting your circulation and honestly falling asleep on these thing may as well be impossible
research Rustam Akhmetov. He was a russian high jumper who grew 6+ inches after 20 years old using similar methods to these. He used these bands while sleeping pulling his legs and his upper body and having his body repair micro factures in a lengthened position.
No! Rustam Akhmetov grew 9+ inches after 20! He was Dennis Raney who grew 6 inches by the age of 29. Dennis Raney started his height increasing journey after 26!
Even if it actually works, 10h seems improbable to impact in a significant way. We're talking about bone shaping. When you fracture your hand it takes up to 3-4weeks OF CONSTANT STRESS to repair.
Also why, sports like handball or basketball are proven to help increase height in children. It's more about homeostasis and adaptation to constant external factors.
I do think it's better to do it while sleeping because let's say there is damage to lower leg it will be fixed while sleeping which is his theory is correct it could work but as he said I am not sure if it will work past 25 and if it's big change

There are two things that cross my mind along the lines of this video which gives some more video ideas. 1. Sleeping on floor only on your back. (No mattress or pillow) 2. Pravilo (look it up, seems like the greatest stretching routine ever devised.)
Well it works you just need a little more time like at least 2 months. Also increase gelatin intake as it aids bone formation and helps maintain morning height. Supplement Glucosamine and d3+k2 to accelerate progress. It worked for me and I’m way pass puberty. Grew 2 inches in 6 months
Currently 26 yo. Well, i was lucky enough to have Olympic pool right next to my home so I’ve started swimming. At first it was just backstrokes 50m now I do 200m freestyle swimming. Usually 2-4x a week. Also I do skipping pretty regularly but I keep it short 10-15 min in the evening. The idea is to jump as high as possible to create micro fractures in femur and tibia and heal bones in elongated state. Take ankle weights or rubber band and hang or stretch your legs at least for an hour. Some people go as far as banded sleeping but for me it’s inconvenient. And lastly your nutrients should aid bone formation so drink raw farmers milk, egg yolks, bone broth(or gelatine powder), carrots should be your staple food

Here's a few tips Lucas: Eat a diet high in glycine and vitamin C for collagen( used to make cartilage and will help your osteoclast - osteoblast process ), also include nutrients which will promote your growth hormones, no eating before bed etc. Also with enough cartilage making your decompressed height becomes more permanent.
Being very tall, (6'3"+) is a definite disadvantage health-wise because growth hormone antagonizes the action of insulin. So, in a tall person, their finite quantity of islet cells (islets of Langerhans cells are the ones that actually produce insulin) are exhausted sooner. That's why "little old ladies" are more ubiquitous than taller old folks. If you work at this limb lengthening long enough it will work, just takes years rather than months. Also your ligaments will respond far sooner so to prevent injury from joint instability, be sure you are doing your knee stabilization exercises like ham string curls, quad extensions internally and externally rotated as well as conventional. Martial artist and dancers spend years achieving their flexibility so count on this being a life long journey but it just might work. Message back if you want info on peptides etc. that may further your goals. Please note that none of the forgoing is medical advice.
Always fun watching your videos I think a lot of what you're trying to do can be a bit silly but that's the fun of it and you never know what actually might work. I like hearing the fun music at the end again. Keep 'em coming.
This actually works, you have to Study Wolf's Law and how a Ukrainian guy named "Rustam Akhmetov" Used it to grow from like 5'4 - 6'2 or something. Just do research on these Topics and You'll find out the entire story, and try methods like these for 4-6 months and you'll see differences in your height.
Bro Rustam was 19 years old, his growth is genetic not exercise. Wolf’s law is more about thickness not length, if you try practice Muay Thai your shins can become thicker not longer
@@newlife4830 thickness of bones on the long ends can and probably does happen through repetitive stress, if the bone can get thicker it can also get thicker at the ends, the problem is it could be negligible i.e. maybe they have gotten taller but maybe by a fraction of an inch, maybe 1/16th or less of an inch.
Get Taller Chair 2.0: Wrap your legs in red light and grounded in an ice bath in a hyperbaric sensory deprivation tank… see if you can get it to hover too.
The red light is a good idea, also he should be on a caloric surpluss and lots of calcium plus, vit k, magnesium and vit d. Also buying a shock wave therapy machine and use it on the tibia at least 2 times a week (it would be painful)
And that band might not be enough, he should use a high chair or something where he can let his legs hanging and put heavy weights on the ankles to let gravity do the work. And maybe do it for more than 1h a day beacuse it might not be enough
Even if you not get taller it's good for your health/Joints Etc. Doctors here in the area had those as table about 30 years ago. It helped so much with joints and muscle pain.. It's like dead hang.
This level of results in two weeks is amazing!! I don't think it sucks. I think you need a longer window mixed with training to reinforce the decompression

If you combine the stretching Table and the inversion table. Do 3 day swaps. For 6 months. And someone 18-25, where your body can still grow naturally but has likely ended major natural growth would likely work more then 30's.
I think the design could work but the micro damage is not sufficient to allow for lengthening. There’s a reason the medical procedure actually breaks the bones in order to lengthen them. For it to really work, he would need two broken legs and then use this while he was recovering. That being said, it would be interesting to see how much decompression can be achieved using a variant of this for lower body decompression attached to an inversion table for upper body decompression. 🤔
I have been doing dead hangs for many years. And kniw for a fact I did not use to be able to reach the ceiling before I started and now I can do it easily. So at least my reach is way "taller" or further. If that is from my joins or arm have gotten longer or if my body has gotten taller. I have no idea because I have not measured me in decades. I am already as tall as I would want anyway and I always was at a bit more than 6'2. Anyway I love doing dead hang switches now. It feels so great hanging from one arm and having perfect control of being able to grab and hang from stuff and switch arms and not getting tired for a few minutes. It feels like the body is made to hang and really like to do it often, it feels really healthy to do. I used to have lots of issues with my back and shoulders. I don't have that anymore and I am pretty sure doing lots and lots of dead hangs was a big reason for that.
Funny enough I recently heard about a method similar to this, where you jump like the people from the African maasai tribe, and then hang from a pull-up bar with ankle weights, apparently the people from this tribe are taller than average. I've been messing around with it and want to find out more so I say keep going for it! Just be careful not to overdue the stretching
@@austinwinters3281 Imma start doing this too in the following days, how much time on average do you hang after a workout, do you do jogging or rope skips etc. ?
If you go the surgery route (which I don't recommend, the potential complications are pretty scary) the bone regrowth takes 12 to 18 months. There probably is something to the basic principle of what is being done here but give it a year not 2 weeks.
Excellent theory! Not a scientist or anything, but here's where I think the experiment went wrong. 1. You're stretching at your joints. to isolate the stretch, you want to find a way to hold from the bones themselves, not at the ankle and hip. Not even sure how you'd go about achieving this. 2. Time. Definitely need to be "stretching" longer than an hour. I'd say sleep through in when your body goes through it's healing process. 3. Just resting isn't necessarily healing the bones. Force you're body into "healing mode" by grounding, especially while sleeping. I know it's a bit controversial, but grounding works, and I stand by it. So TLDR: isolate and stretch the bones themselves, not just the joints. Do this while grounded and sleeping through the night for a few weeks. Honestly I might try this myself.
My first thought is that even if the chair works its gonna be limited because the stretch of a resistance band doesn't increase. You need to progressively overload with ratchet straps.
I am NOT using that unless i find a variant that stretches your entire body, i dont want to have long legs and short arms and spine, maybe less long legs but slightly longer spine and arms, it would have to be an entire bed or table and not just a chair but would be worth it. Also, i think even just slightly slim or low-density people should not try this thing, otherwise they would end up too weak and frail, or exaggeratedly skinny
There's a looksmaxing community explored the idea of boosting bone remodeling by inhibiting estrogen and boosting GH to maximize osteoclast at the maximum rate that can be controlled with elevated osteoblast alongside it. The goal was to speed up the progress from Mewing. A lot of the science has overlap with the non leg lengthening height increase communities that used to exist in the past also. If you really want to test this hypothesis just 1 hour of stretching the bone is so insignificant and your bones aren't remodeling anywhere near fast as a 21 year old with higher natural GH levels. Also you have to consider that for something like the legs that this remodeling approach should also hold true for bodybuilders doing heavy squats and dealifts possibly after jump training for the bone impact. We would probably see lifters who shrunk in their legs if just an hour is enough time for the bones to change length. You would need to stretch your legs overnight and do this experiment for 3 moths to see any long term changes imo. I don't think it's worth the strain on your joints to do that much stretching with your setup either since even ankle weight hanging on tall chairs is enough to cause joint issues.
A light stretch overnight wouldn't be a bad thing, as long as it's intense your joints should be able to handle it. Also, resistance training and mobility naturally strengthens joints
Nice work! A video on a month or longer would be cool. But that’s a lot of work! I agree it’s sound thinking. There are a lot of other things that need to be added for the height increase to be permanent, including nutrition, stretching the legs while exercising (like cycling), etc. So one thing likely won’t do much by itself. Needs to be an ensemble of multiple height increasing factors 🚴♂️🏃🏻🥗🙆🏻♂️🏋🏻
This is an interesting experiment and the hypothesis makes sense to me. I've heard of boxers using techniques to break down/rebuild their fists before. My only suggestion would be that you may want to consult a physical therapist for tips on how to do this as safely as possible; I could see issues coming from pulling on your ankles/knees like that for extended periods.
Bone structures are not static which is how braces work so the basic hypothesis here is sound but braces might give an indication of how fast the process might be. Braces are in 24/7 and still takes a lot of time to move a teeth just a couple of millimeters.
a week? 1 hour in the chair, that's dedication!! There is a Russian Gymnast who claimed to do something very similar and grew 4 inches at the age of 22. Do I personally believe it? hard to say... I can however at the age of 40 confirm, the cartilage or bone does grow in your arms, my right arm is almost 3/4 inch longer from repeated throwing and lifting and stretching. I tried hanging for 9 months at age 20. I went from 5'7 to 5'7.75... however I should add I think it was mostly spinal growth and it also straightened my spine to the point where a lot of people commented... "hey chris why do you walk like you are a board??? So I think like decompression as he found it would likely take 4 years of 30 minutes everyday after the age of 20, to possibly gain 1-2 inches. Otherwise just wear 2 inch boots, problem partially solved! GREAT VIDEO MAN!!!
You could look into growth plate activation and see where research takes you. You might end up with something close to a combination of exercises, diet, supplements and proper sleep. Looking forward to where further research takes you in the next experiment/video!
It would theoretically be better if you did the stretch right before sleeping because if you get out of the chair and start walking this would reapply gravity force on your legs and it might compress them again. so if you did this before bed and then quickly got into bed and slept this would kinda "lock in" your progress because the bones will heal while you sleep in that elongated state. Also, you can do this stretch in a way easier way (but only for the tibia) by just sitting by your bed with your legs dangling (you need a tall bed or any other tall place you can sit on where your legs don't touch the ground) and use weights on your feet (maybe some type of ankle weight) that pull and stretch your tibias down and then after you're done stretching you take the weights off and without standing back up you get into bed and sleep normally.
A Suggestion for adjustment;. Do it right before you go to sleep. And; Add B3, Calcium(And other Minerals that the bones take), Glycine, Taurine, Collagen Peptides and Beta Alanine(?). Glycine, B3(NMN...) & Taurine help with cellular health, Beta Alanine helps with metabolising Fat(So taking it before bed should help the body switch to fat in your sleep) And the peptides and minerals go into the bones. and you want the body to have all the time needed to rebuild them, so, before bed.

As far as I remember something like this was done more than 40 years ago by a high jump coach in Ukraine. It was reported by the media his many athletes-trainees become 5-7 cm taller thanks to a such type of stretching.
do this for 3-6months! Your channel will get so much traffic. I would critique by getting a more rigid form of holds for your legs other than bands. Not the stretching part but around the knees. Try to chuck/lock your legs in at below the knees to focus the stretch on the bones. This may be uncomfortable but it will stop the back stretch. Then ince thats working , if you want more control over the stretch get some sort of a ratchet setup you can crank up and measure how many "turns" or the force pulling on your legs each day. If i had the room to do this I would join in this experiment
For legs, it's quite difficult. You only want the upper leg to grow, the femur. The tibia and fibula are two bones that often will not grow simultaneously, so you end up losing a leg or in surgery. I do recomend you try the MBT's rocker shoes...that will cause growth and muscle strengthening all over the body due to some slight instability.
Message to shorter men: I'm 6'5 and let me tell you, my body at 24 years old is all kinds of messed up. My joints and back are shot, I'm literally in pain every waking second of the day. Being short has plenty of benefits, I promise you, you care more about your height than anyone else does. I stand by my short kings
True, being shorter can be healthier for longevity. BUT if you also focus on optimizing Growth Hormone, it can make your bones stronger, which can counteract some of those downsides of being taller. I don’t know much about it, but I’m trying to implement some growth hormone habits myself to see what it can do
I’m 5’4 and my classmate is 5’6 he had a sudden growth spurt and made fun of me every day for “getting shorter.” I am really trying to force my body to get taller.
I think the main issue with this experiment is not that it might not work, but that it is practically almost impossible to execute. When you're pulling on your legs like that with a weight, you're putting a lot of stress and strain on your ligaments and joints, essentially your ankles. As you discovered, it was basically just decompression. You're pulling on your joints and muscles and effecting your height that way. I'm no doctor but it can't be very good for your joint health. If you could somehow only put pulling pressure on your longer bones, like your shins and thighs (femur and tibia) then that might be able to grow your bones millimetres, but that's practically impossible without the strain on other areas.
Probably the bones change too little to see an effect from that, maybe if you did it over a way longer period of time. I don't think it was a stupid idea, would have been cool to see an effect. 18:30 I would say shorter means less mass, meaning less effort on the heart and joints so it might be really good for longevity. On the other hand that makes me wonder why larger animals like elephants can live for 60+ years. Maybe they're not stressed as much as we are.
The 1st part about shorter is correct but elephants being large but living long is due more to their body structure and physiology. They have a slower metabolism and other factors as well. And it's been studied that larger animals live longer but larger than average of the animals actually live shorter because of the square cubed law and same for humans
The guy who actually did this back in the 70's braced his upper body and connected the bands to his feet. Yes he exercised (he wanted height to get better at sports, particularly track) and grew i think 6"+. However (like all traction related exercises) he did it at night while sleeping as it takes cumulative time to see results. You put tension on a body part, the body grows in response to try to releave the tension(or stretch stress)..works for legs, arms, wieners...look it up
I think you should incorporate this routine right before bed. It only makes sense to decompress and stretch right before you go into recovery mode. And yes, you would have to extend your time to at least a month, but probably 3 months to really see if youre making actual progress. Great video!
A guy named rustam did it , he used the same method but a bit differently basically he did the leg exercises like jumping 200 times a day and 20 sec sprinting and then in the night time he used to tie the ankles with stretch bands and go to sleep cause our body release that growth chemical the most when we are in deep sleep , he did it for 1 year and grew 8 cm then he did it for 1 more year and gained 8 cm again then in 3rd year he gained 5 cm it works but you have to give it more time 1 hour a day and just 2 weeks are basically nothing
If im correct this video was ispired by rustam akutov, this body stretching can actually work. Rustam used bands on his neck and arms to and we was physically active.
Add a secton that stretches the upper body pulling from the under arms ; and if you are crazy the you could have it tug from the fore arms. I think what this is lacking is distress. I grew taller by hanging for a few minutes morning and night. Stretching my arms up and sideways (forcing it to extend to the point where it was painful) and tiptoeing while doing this. I did pliometrics occasionally. My point is the body wants and needs to adapt, and distress, I think, is the best way to trigger that. Hard Leg exercises increase testosterone more than others because its almost like you're telling your body you are fighting for your life. Stretch to the point where you are almost over extending and it is painful. Sprint at your top speed over and over. When you are tired and can't run at top speed run and extend your legs as far as you can on each stride. It should almost feel like hopping. Stand near a wall or table and lean forward supporting yourself on the wall or table, keeping your feet flat on the ground and force your calfs to tug and stretch at the back of the ankles. Alternate between this and tiping (tip toeing). Take Iron suppliments. Take vitamin D suppliments or just be outside more. And lastly, when you sleep try to take up a lot of space. Extend you arms and legs out if you want. You dont have to do exactly that but just take up alot of space and don't curl up. (I went from 5'8 to 5'10 in 2 and a half months doing this and it took me a year to get to 6 foot so at a certain point your progress kinda slows down and/or tapers off but it works. P.S. I also listend to subliminals and frequecies but I was just desperate Idk if these helped but its wont hurt to try. (Believe and visualize the result you want while listening)
OK so after asking ChatGPT It said what you are doing might work. It says you should do it for 30 minutes a time immediately after every workout and 15 minutes on non-workout days. Also make sure you’re getting enough vitamins to support the bone growth and GPT says that it will take at least 3 to 6 months to see the first differences in height. Hope this helps
You should do this table workout and also meditate when doing it. And visualise with every breath in your bones are compressing and when breath out feel as if bones are decompression and you are growing taller. Repeat until all the thought thats left in your head is you are growing and keep doing it for entire month while also doing this table experiment.
correct me if im wrong, this way can make u taller but not permanently it will back to ur normal height cause ur Epiphyseal Plate is no longer have gap it will be close in your 18s-20s.
Feels like there is possibility for the hypothesis however i feel like you’d have to do it for several months seeing as actual bone lengthening can take up to a year to a year and a half
Spinal decompression is accomplished thru some chiropractic machines that actually stretch your spinal column. I have one each month. They work in reducing pain by spreading the vertebrae apart thus decreasing nerve pinching. Its a sophisticated traction system that gradually pulls you longer. I always feel great afterward.
I’m not height challenged but I definitely think you should continue this research. By the way, did you return the lawn chair? Saw you didn’t cut the tags off……
Its a stupid idea, but a fun test. The first thing that will stretch temporarily will be at the joint with you ligaments, no way there is enough trauma in legs to allow them to stretch let alone isolate the stretch from all the other weaker materials (a la joints, ligaments)
this stuff works, the body only knows resistance and force, and it will apply to any force you put on it. science is constantly updating itself every decade, so for analysis of recent studies to come to the consensus that most people finish growing at 16-25 depending on age, sex, genetics. etc. is only a consensus for today and may be more widespread in the future. the same way doing plyometrics and stretching that creates micro fractures and elongates the tissue in the bone, is the same way one could eventually create new bone tissue which could increase height after puberty you definitely should keep doing this at leat 5x a week for months on end, also for longer, even during your sleep if you can, as you grow a lot more when you sleep since that is when the most growth hormone is released and evidently when your body is in repair mode which means repairing and building new and longer bones while you sleep overtime
can you test TMG also known as betaine for muscle growth? it's an older well known supplement for longevity. but recent studies show it has potential for muscle growth and cardio performance, but only when used in combination with actual hard training.
It actually works but you need to do way more exercise than that... high impact. martial arts, striking a punching bag hard, striking a banana tree with your shin repeatedly type of thing. Wearing leg weights and running in place for 30 minutes. Explosive jump exercises without weights then later with weights, working your way up to a 10 mile run. Then at night you put enough tension to feel a stretch on the bed with velco straps that wrap completely around your ankles and have 2 D rings on each one. Not this makeshift one that you made. And you stay in it the whole night for 8 hours and remember to have something to keep your body from being pulled down by the bands when your muscle relaxes. You also want a 120 Hertz vibrator to use on the bone for 15-20 minutes per leg. Also would be important to take Epicatechin supplements to increase stem cell count in the body for faster repair after doing these sorts of exercises. It takes a while but yes it does work. You did not cause enough stress onto the bones and you did not do it long enough...
You need osteogenesis to occur... No more hypophyseal plate for a grown person so you need to go with the other route, create some damage for osteogenesis to occur so you can reshape your bone.

biology student here, I think you'd wanna do a few tweaks, but it might be a bit annoying:
- you'd want a longer time, at least 2 hours or preferably 8 hours a day, this was the benchmark used for temporary orthodontic wear vs full-time 24 hours, they found it to be 66% as effective as 24 hours a day when worn overnight, which is likely affected by bone metabolism being different at night
- use a vibrating table or vibrator for 15 min a day on the bones in particular is known to speed up orthodontic rate, since it facilitates faster bone metabolism, vibration at 120hz (high setting on a wand vibrator) or a whole body vibration table was known to increase treatment iirc
- oral vitamins that are known to also upregulate bone metabolism and speed up orthodontic time, including Vitamin C, D, and E

research Rustam Akhmetov. He was a russian high jumper who grew 6+ inches after 20 years old using similar methods to these. He used these bands while sleeping pulling his legs and his upper body and having his body repair micro factures in a lengthened position.
Thanks for the info, king.
How old was he?
Nope, thats not going to work for you. He was a late bloomer and it was 16 not 20 where he started growing. And stopped growing at 23.
No! Rustam Akhmetov grew 9+ inches after 20! He was Dennis Raney who grew 6 inches by the age of 29. Dennis Raney started his height increasing journey after 26!
They did brutal workouts, something not possible for all of us normies...😅
Even if it actually works, 10h seems improbable to impact in a significant way. We're talking about bone shaping. When you fracture your hand it takes up to 3-4weeks OF CONSTANT STRESS to repair.
yeah thats why some ppl try to sleep with bands like he did not just for an hour
Also why, sports like handball or basketball are proven to help increase height in children. It's more about homeostasis and adaptation to constant external factors.
I think sleeping with this chair instead of using it only for 1 hour after some lower body workout is effective
Sure. Effective at removing the legs.
I would love for this to work
Doing this for a few centimeters would be incredibly dumb tho :D
I do think it's better to do it while sleeping because let's say there is damage to lower leg it will be fixed while sleeping which is his theory is correct it could work but as he said I am not sure if it will work past 25 and if it's big change
the best way to use it is use it after an intense leg workout, for 1 hour and then go to sleep

Damn, really? How old are you? What is your routine?

Do it for a year or this video is completely POINTLESS.
Here's a few tips Lucas:
Eat a diet high in glycine and vitamin C for collagen( used to make cartilage and will help your osteoclast - osteoblast process ), also include nutrients which will promote your growth hormones, no eating before bed etc.

There isn't a way to stretch bone without muscle and tendons force
Can't get tall in ten days, do it for a month or even three months.
I'm sure at one point people thought creating light with a POTATO was a STUPID IDEA. This was VERY CREATIVE and I APPLAUD YOU!
I think you need atleast 90 days for this to actually show some results
You are right about this
Bro bone healing takes 5-6 months ,and the fractures to fill in will be less but you gotta stay like that all the 5 months ,not an hour
Have you tried it and increased your height?
A Suggestion for adjustment;.
Do it right before you go to sleep.
And;
Add B3, Calcium(And other Minerals that the bones take), Glycine, Taurine, Collagen Peptides and Beta Alanine(?).
Glycine, B3(NMN...) & Taurine help with cellular health, Beta Alanine helps with metabolising Fat(So taking it before bed should help the body switch to fat in your sleep) And the peptides and minerals go into the bones.
and you want the body to have all the time needed to rebuild them, so, before bed.

do this for 3-6months!

A guy named rustam did it , he used the same method but a bit differently basically he did the leg exercises like jumping 200 times a day and 20 sec sprinting and then in the night time he used to tie the ankles with stretch bands and go to sleep cause our body release that growth chemical the most when we are in deep sleep , he did it for 1 year and grew 8 cm then he did it for 1 more year and gained 8 cm again then in 3rd year he gained 5 cm it works but you have to give it more time 1 hour a day and just 2 weeks are basically nothing
microfracture is just a natural way of surgery

do it for a year
Add a secton that stretches the upper body pulling from the under arms ; and if you are crazy the you could have it tug from the fore arms.

@pigmie you should try this experiment while sleeping, theres a book explaining the process, from a high jumper in europe.
What's the name of the book ?

this stuff works, the body only knows resistance and force, and it will apply to any force you put on it. science is constantly updating itself every decade, so for analysis of recent studies to come to the consensus that most people finish growing at 16-25 depending on age, sex, genetics. etc. is only a consensus for today and may be more widespread in the future. the same way doing plyometrics and stretching that creates micro fractures and elongates the tissue in the bone, is the same way one could eventually create new bone tissue which could increase height after puberty
you definitely should keep doing this at leat 5x a week for months on end, also for longer, even during your sleep if you can, as you grow a lot more when you sleep since that is when the most growth hormone is released and evidently when your body is in repair mode which means repairing and building new and longer bones while you sleep overtime
can you test TMG also known as betaine for muscle growth?
it's an older well known supplement for longevity. but recent studies show it has potential for muscle growth and cardio performance, but only when used in combination with actual hard training.
Try cycling with high seat to get that leg stretch
did u try it bro
You need osteogenesis to occur... No more hypophyseal plate for a grown person so you need to go with the other route, create some damage for osteogenesis to occur so you can reshape your bone.
do it do it do it do it do it
Dear author, don't feel ashamed for doing this experiment. Many discoveries were done after some "crazy" ideas, and the fact that you at least tried, thought this process through and took action is showing your passion. There is no place for shame when being passionate in life❤
I tried limb lengthening surgery for 3 months video when?
do the 1 month taller experiment, its a great idea. it would be another awesome video I've been watching for a year or so now, and i just hit subscribe
10 days is far too inconclusive. I think a 90 day challenge is needed.
This would definitely work. Atleast you should try 100 days to see few millimeters difference. 6 months would definitely do half an inch. Because using tractions I got 2 inches taller at age 24 to 26.
Do collaborate with Aesthetic Primal concerning height.
We believe/trust in you LUCAS🔥💯 you can invent something that many people don't know, we all can only think carefully about it and take more time!!!
Pigmie is like a crazy scientist but in the Fitness
stretch while you are sleeping, sleep on your back or your belly, and see the results, the healing occurs while you are sleep, trust me with this
