Try to overcome with direct face off even in office it will work.
Few tips:
1) Arrange a meeting with boss along with bully clearly explain it is affecting your mind and performance with this person's behaviour.
2) Send an email Cc'ing your boss to the person
100% it will work, If they don't take action it shows lack of leadership quality in your boss
