In some leases, they want one of your parents to be the co-applicant since you may not have enough income or credit score. Another trend is that more and more realtors want you to pay some 3rd party for background check, which can cost $40 USD per applicant easily.
Thanks for that added info! Yeah I’ve seen that happen too where parents are your guarantors if you are unable to pay rent 😅
Thank you ☺️

Please make video for LOA processing time. Also, the top 10 or 15 reputable/ high ranking colleges in canada. Thank you.
Ohhh let me add that to my content line up 😊❤️ but LOA processing really depends on the school and program you choose 😜 but let me put two and two together and see what I can come up with ✍️👩💻
Sa New Brunswick specifically sa Saint Andrews, super duper hirap maghanap ng for rent na bahay or apartment 😥
I am planning to do 1+1 program so I want to know that it is possible to pay my 2 year fees of both last two semesters by working in Canada
Because I want to take loan for only one year course.

Hi Rachel. Where did you get these bg? Hehe sorry offtopic. Just curious since you didn't post in the caption. Stay safe.
Hi dear! What’s the “bg” you’re referring to? Not sure if it stands for background and if you’re referring to my bg photo?

Nice video. Could you please share as well any fb messenger group particularly in Ontario? Thank you Ma’am you’re so great.
Hi ms Rachel! What are your thoughts about on-campus housing? Advisable po ba yun sa mga may balak maging int’l student sa Canada? Or mas okay pa dn po ba na outside campus nalang maghanap ng rental? Thank you :)
It is definitely good for first year, until you are familiar with the neighborhood. If it is up to you, find a dorm building closest to most of your classes. Some campuses are huge, it can take you 15-20 minutes to walk from your dorm to your classroom; just think about the weather elements.
@@smwk2017 thank you so much!🙏🏻
Student housing is great especially if you’re moving here alone. There are many options available based on your program (ie graduate vs undergrad) as well as unit types. It is definitely more expensive but I think it’s worth it esp during winter.
@@thecorporatepinay thank you so much for this advise. 🙏🏻
