I think alot of us especially those that get an A7Cii or zv type camera want to use it to document our lives so seeing this type of content is very welcome! love what you do!
A little different video, which I enjoyed. Nice to see that f4 lens perform so good in a quite dark environment, like a bar. And the Samyang 18mm f2.8 also seemed to perform great, with that lovely wide perspective. Thanks for sharing 😊
Loving the vid style. Do you find the camera size to be a bit much? Do your friends act differently because they know the camera is there? Or are they already used to you filming, like it’s just your thing?
They’re each great for their own reasons. But if I really had to pick one, perhaps the a7C ii. But it really boils down to what glass you pair it with. I do enjoy Sony more than Canon, for now 🤡
Hey Justine! Loving all your videos and it's great to see the comparision of both a7c ii + zv-e1. Which camera do you gravitate to now that you've used both cameras?
I think I prefer the physical user experience of the a7C ii because it has more customizable buttons and dials which helps change settings quickly. I’m not a fan of having to use the touch screen to change settings on the ZV-E1. I think it is because I had been a DSLR shooter since 2005 so I’m more used to a tactile experience than a touch-screen-first experience. The ZV-E1 has great low light capabilities, stability, and audio quality, so I would only use it for video. It’s not my first choice for photography. The A7C II is still great for video but I have to use an external mic and gimbal to get it to be comparable to the ZV-E1, which adds bulk. No camera is perfect!
I don't drink because I don't trust people. But I saw the clips of you and your friends at a bar. I realize that people go there to socialize but also, some are addicted to alcohol. Then it hit me. A great business would be a sober bar name SoBar. It's a social setting with non alcoholic drinks. The vibe would be comedic to break the ice with laughter instead of inebriation. SoBar.
11mm is an APS-C lens so on a full frame there’s lots of vignetting even with dynamic active stabilization enabled and while walking/moving. Even with cropping in in post, it’s sometimes still visible
@@BadSloucher hey, i understand. I'm thinking to get 11mm 1.8 on my a7cii as well. if you put it in apsc mode, you effectively get 16mm 1.8... that's wider and one stop faster than 18mm 2.8 FF lens on FF sensor right?
@@BadSloucher hmm make sense. i think i was doing the math wrong. so 11mm1.8 on apsc still capture 1.3x more light than 18mm 2.8 on full frame right? anyways, i'll do more research, awesome videos.
I prefer these to camera review content. This is what the camera is for, cool clips of cool moments.
I can relate to your friend so much, people talking in movies is annoying lol, also great choice of movie Ghost in the Shell is a fantastic movie

Love these types of videos 😄 I’m ok with vlog-style videos as well 😜
Glad to hear 🙂 thanks Sara

She’s watched a lot of movies 🍿

I wanna hang with you guys! Come to NY! Which one do you like bringing out with friends zve1 or a7c2
I really like these vlogs 😍, it’s also so nice to see how you got all these nice and inspiring people around you 🤗. Greetz Swen (shX)
Great content. What camera do you enjoy the most, the zve1 or the a7c2? Do you enjoy Sony more than canon

Appreciate the feedback on this, curious how often do you use dynamic stabilisation on the ZV-E1?

A7cii vs zve1? 😊
Get both! 😈
Did you grade these footage or all standard?
I used Picture Profile 11 (S-Cinetone), no grading, all auto white balance. I’m a lazy editor
Oh yeah I just read the description 😂
Looked good to me 😊@@BadSloucher
question why don't you just vlog with 11mm 1.8 instead of 18mm 2.8 samyang?

@@BadSlouchertwo questions, does the samyang have focus breath and does it have focusing noise?
