Instead of deleting the walls and other parts u can select a similar object by using select similar option , by right clicking on the mouse . In that u can see " select similar"option. So that u can easily select the same property object. example: if u want to select all the columns , u can select any one column and using select similar option ,every columns will be selected.

@@shalinianbazhagan2180 .yes it is updated in the recent version. If you go for the version 2020 it will save our time a lot. For example: If you want to measure the distance between the two line you want to select the dimension option and you should click the start and end point to know the specific distance now there is option is updated in the recent version if you want measure the dimensions of any object just click a quick tool which will you show you the dimension of the drawn line.

Basic things in column layout plan are Choose column shape, Fix column location, Draw columns, set grid line, numbering grid line & numbering column,Set dimension with respect to grid line.
If your column sizes are different but those columns must be in same grid line.so number the columns and Mark the dimensions in same procedure.
Go through the video thoroughly I hope you will understand.otherwise I will provide another video .

What is stub column and where it is used

Stub columns are located below ground level to avoid long spans of grade beams and in places where the soil condition is not enough strong for load bearing structure and not too less strong for framed structure. Stub columns are provided in such places to minimize the construction cost.
