Could F1 cost cap F1 budget cap lose Verstappen F1 world championship 2021? Max Verstappen might lose points and not be World Champions F1 2021 meaning Lewis Hamilton could become f1 World Champion 2021.

I feel like punishing the driver is such a small penalty and will just benefit lewis. redbull keeps the ability to create a dominant car for next year. a punishment that would follow redbull the following year is much greater as it will guarantee that they will not win the constructors and drivers. but if it's all of the above. well Damm max better change teams lol

I think if a team over spends the punishment should be 2 times the overspend off for next year budget so for example over spend 5mill then 10mill reduction but break the cap 2 years in a 6 year time period then the team should face a 2or3 race ban
