Apple's list is one of the best in recent years in my opinion, showing respect to post 2000's albums, like they deserve. When 100+ people vote for their pick of 25 albums like it was done, of course the overall results are gonna lean mainstream. I also think it's fine than some classic rock albums that go out of the zeitgeist.
