The only thing is the people are great on the resort. This place was the best in Cuba. Not sure what happened. All new faces. Didn’t see any old faces from before.
I’ve been to the memories next door twice and personally I thought it was better but the last time I was there was in 2016. We just got back from the Melia Trinidad peninsula. Amazing resort but with no beach. Not far away there’s the beach of ancon that is considered in the top nicest beach in Cuba. The landscape and the city of Trinidad makes up for the beach. Thanks for watching and your comment
Plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz NEVER GO HERE OR ANY CUBAN RESORT
Can you please provide more information related with this resort? A few moths ago (in May)I went to Cuba Iberostar Cayo Guillermo never ever again! It was terirble experiance. Dining roome full with cockroaches and flies, they used some super strong chemicals and gas in dining room even before serving the meal. It looked like gas chamber -I'm serious. Towels - old never replased (for 7 days), room clening service very poor.... I would like to go back to Cuba but I'm scared. It must be new and clean resort next time.
@ well food poising always out of things even food that’s why we are spending more money on a better resort please never go here
Plz don’t go here
