I think we just need a better offensive line. When everyone thinks about goff they forget about how many times he was hurried, preassured, or sacked too. And yeah everyone has had a bad year it's just, Goff gets the most attention of his bad days of anyone I've ever seen. In 2018, and 2019 he threw like crazy and was remarkable. Now we just need a good DC and establish the people that we need like AD, JR, DW, on defense. Offense we can get rid of Reynolds (I would be most happy by getting rid of Kupp because his $$ and Reynolds, woods, and Jefferson seems like it would be a solid WR core) and on the last note I'm gonna be real, I'm offended mike conceived the idea of trading Ramsey or donald. But I understand the premise
If I were the GM of the Rams, I would spend the majority of the next few weeks finding a CHEAP WAY to upgrade the offensive line and then study every affordable running back in this year's free agent n NFL draft class that I could potentially acquire. If the Rams could find a running back or 2 that could finally replace Todd Gurley's production from '15, '16, n '17, it would drastically help Goff return to the way he performed during the Super Bowl year n the year before it. If u remember, that Super Bowl year, Goff n the Rams team was so dangerous, they out duelled MAHOMES n the Chiefs in a crazy Thursday night game. THAT WAS A DANGEROUS TEAM
Coming from a Rams fan, we’ve gotta let go of Goff, too inconsistent. Either draft a late QB to backup Wolford, trade for a veteran such as Stanford, or just have Wolford. We can’t keep this up.
This situation is so similar to my Eagles with Pederson/Wentz not getting along. Both QB's drafted the same year 1 & 2. Both HCs being with the teams not that long. Both taking their teams to the SB (Pederson won though). Both QB's looking like they regressed this year with both being benched. The Eagles ended up firing Pederson choosing Wentz over him. I feel like the Rams would choose McVay over Goff though.
Hell yeah move on from Goff!! Why in the hell would we move on from A.D & Jalen Ramsey? I have no clue why he would say that & I have a answer to that F*** Nooo!
Goof is ok but he needs the supporting cast to elevate his play. So because he is overpaid then he will not get enough supporting cast. That is the problem. If he was on a rookie deal it was fine cause they had money for other players. Now it looks bad.
People are giving Goff WAY too much credit for how he played against Green Bay. He played typical Goff Ball: he let his running back (in this case Cam Akers) do the bulk of the work and got deep passing yards off of play actions and was able to keep the Rams in the game, but once the fourth quarter came and he really had to make plays to keep the Rams alive, he choked under pressure and it was pretty much over after he failed on that 3rd and 16 play. After that the Packers scored another TD and Jared Goff shut down. McVay has adapted to keep the Rams competitive after that Super Bowl loss, but Jared Goff clearly hasn't (and why would he want to commit to improving when the Rams gave him such a big contract that effectively said they like him how he is?) and he's holding the Rams back. McVay is a great head coach but he can only do so much for Jared Goff. Goff is carried by McVay and I think at this point McVay is tired of helping him instead of him taking a leap of improvement. Even as a fan of a divisional rival (the Seahawks) I can't help but get really frustrated by this type of relationship.
The Sean McVay, Jared Goff and the Los Angeles Rams situation is starting to remind me a less-dysfunctional version of the Doug Pederson, Carson Wentz and Philadelphia Eagles situation in 2020. While Goff is a better quarterback, Goff and Wentz are both not living up to their contracts.
In retrospect. This is an amazing video. The people in the comments asking to trade for Watson/saying no one wants Goff. Which was true but it let the lions get players like Sam Laporta, Jahmyr Gibbs, Brian Branch, etc. I think it’s wild to see the hate comments when this guy was right on the money
I find it amazing that the team which has lost so consistently for so long (8 winning seasons out of the last 30 years with 4 winning seasons in a row for the first time since 1983-86) thinks there is a huge problem with their starting quarterback. No one thought they would make the playoffs this year and they make the final 8 teams. No Rams QB in franchise history has quarterbacked more wins in a 4 year run than Goff. I'm also struck by the continual media narrative that only Jared Goff lost the Super Bowl against the Patriots and that he is responsible for every lost game since for the Rams. There are No other factors in losses, just the quarterback. On the other hand only Sean McVay and his scheme along with the clutch play of the defense are responsible for the wins. Sean McVay calls all the plays and so when the Rams run the ball 4 times in a row and do not score a touchdown in two games this season (Cardinals & Seahawks) Jared Goff is solely responsible for the team not getting points. Look at the red zone play calls and no team runs such a mind numbingly conservative offense near the goal than the Rams these past couple of years. It's all on Goff. I think McVay is a really good coach but the time may have arrived to go to a different play caller. Not saying Goff is Mahomes, Rodgers or Brady but he gets less respect than Gardner Minshew, and deserves some credit from the media for the Rams recent success.

I’ll trade Goff and Ramsey for Watson. Unless the rams draft a rookie quarterback and hope he becomes a franchise quarterback

Once again, I'm just gonna say.. When do we hold the Head Coach accountable?

Watching this now after the Super Bowl is pretty funny.
If I had a QB as mediocre as him, I wouldnt get along with him either.
Even Baker Mayfield is better.
Nothing addressed “not getting along”.

Yooo chill with that trading AD and Jalen ish for draftpicks they are stayin in LA we bouncing back
Right what good are assets when 2 all pro first team players want to stay
I was saying the same.🤦🏾♂️
Wtf you traded 2 first round picks for ramsey
@@koul_2482 it’s worth it, he’s the best corner in the league and Jaire is the only real debate, he’s on a contract till 2025 as well
Yeah, trading AD or Ramsey would be a HUGE mistake. If the Rams can just get a QB that doesn't turn it over Cam and the defense can do the rest.
Goff has all the potential to be a top 10 QB, rn he’s barely in my top 16, if he became for consistent he would be top 12 any day of the week
Goff is easily 70% of the problem. What a waste of money.
Damn you called it, who would have guessed it would end with a Goff and Stafford swap. We all saw the Rams giving up first round draft picks though.
So basically the Patriots ended one potential Rams dynasty and prevented another one from taking off?
Ain't no dynasty bruh.

Yep, both by spygate
@@itsyourenotyour9101 idk before the Super Bowl they were looking like a soon to be dynasty that season. After the Super Bowl is a total different story. Kinda weird since no big name players were traded and they actually gained the best corner in the league Jalen Ramsey

Dude you know your shit homie. Good content always.
Jared Geoff is a good quarterback. Hes a good pocket passing QB. THe fact of the matter is thats what he is. He wont scare anyone

Goff is an average QB. That is what I think. He can throw the ball except all you have to do is hide your coverage and you have him

Winning will fix any disagreements
Yo mike, where you get the music lol I know i keep asking, and i probably will. sweet tune.
Wow so you didn't make a bucs vs saints video ????? Been waiting my friend!
2018 Bears defense under Fangio played a huge role in exposing the Rams
Coming from a Rams fan, we’ve gotta let go of Goff, too inconsistent. Either draft a late QB to backup Wolford, trade for a veteran such as Stanford, or just have Wolford. We can’t keep this up.
Unfortunately they don't have a choice because the dead cap will be 65 million dollar cap hit. They are stuck deal with it
Lol your rams are ass regardless, goff isn't the main problem
@@ItsClaxton goff is clearly one of the bigger problems with how inconsistent he is.
@@bc.kromis get rid of goff, and keep everything else around the team the same and watch rams not even make the wild card
@mrbeffydurden backup 🤨
Andy Reid and pete carroll are the only headcoaches that survived the nfl and faced the patriots in the superbowl
Love ur vids mike keeps going
It's remarkable how often you say remarkable 😂
WOW how things have changed!
I am subbed with notis btw I have always loved yur intro
The Sean McVay, Jared Goff and the Los Angeles Rams situation is starting to remind me a less-dysfunctional version of the Doug Pederson, Carson Wentz and Philadelphia Eagles situation in 2020. While Goff is a better quarterback, Goff and Wentz are both not living up to their contracts.
So... He shouldn’t be making personnel decisions?

In retrospect. This is an amazing video. The people in the comments asking to trade for Watson/saying no one wants Goff. Which was true but it let the lions get players like Sam Laporta, Jahmyr Gibbs, Brian Branch, etc. I think it’s wild to see the hate comments when this guy was right on the money
I forgot how much the GM shops his draft picks.
Best UA-camr in the world I love your vids I can tell you put a lot of time and effort in your vids and your the best football channel ever
Rams will be real Super Bowl contenders when Goff is gone
