Hi! Is it ok if I view the “why major” and “why us” essays as two parts of kind of the same essay? Specifically for Yale, the “why major” essay comes first, so I give a lot of background storytelling and information about my interests, and then in the “why us” essay I center it all to Yale and bring in a lot of specifics. I’m worried that I don’t have enough specific goals or connections to Yale in my “why major” essay, but I also don’t want to waste space repeating exactly what I say in the next part for “why us”
@@JemimaNguebeyo-Ngouambe currently a freshman at yale!! :) I also got into Harvard & Princeton but I’m super happy with my decision. I love it here so far!!!
