In this video, I show you how to recreate and adapt Steven Gerrard's Rangers tactics in FIFA 20 so that they will actually work in game.
Gerrard's system is a versatile tactic, setup to get the best out of players with attacking flair such as Ryan Kent and Ianis Hagi; as well as the wing backs in Borna Barisic and James Tavernier.
It involves getting the wingers into central areas to support the striker in Alfredo Morelos, whilst the wing backs storm into the space created and supplement them with crosses. Meamwhile, the midfield three offer a workmanlike support to the attacking players.
Defensively, Rangers switch between a counter press and counter attack during games and depending on the situation. They have players who are able to fit both schemes which aids them to be more unpredictable.

Im pretty sure constant pressure and fast buildup klopps dortmund was a mad pressing team and like most klopp teams counter attacking was mad

Hey Broma18 picture this if you will, Trying to do a season 1 with united at the moment, Alternating systems between peps 433 and lampard 4231, 4231 works fine for my b team if you like but played against newcastle last night with 433 and made signings for that such as bruno, grimaldo, neymar to and tend to get sancho and koulibaly eventually, But am on legendary and how the hell can you get smashed by them 5-2 i think it was ? Doesnt make any sense, I switched to 4231 at Ht but that made no difference at all, and the players hardly moved even with instructions, And one more thing my dea doesnt want to save anymore ball was in the air, tried the y to rush him out holding it and what does he do doesnt move and watches it goes in, Seriously like you mate on the verge of giving up with career mode its so broken and unplayable like you said in your video
