Good review. My wife and family live Murrieta and know of these places, just haven't tried them. I tend to cook at home, mostly smoking bbq. But it's good to see a local and their takes.
Coming from the Bay Area......there are no top restaurants in Temecula. I have lived 20 years in the area, and most of the ones noted here as the top ones are average. best pizza place, Uncle Gino's, Best Mexican - Baja cactus more authentic and the food is home to me. Cuban Havana Kitchen is average, best Cuban go to LA Versailles.
@TemeculaWithJamesShelby Yes, San Diego has many hidden gems, and I have my favorites, but Alladins for Mediterranean is the best....I just wish they had one here.

I don’t understand the popularity of Goat & Vine. It’s sandwiches and pizza. Been going to Francesca’s for years. Love it.

I’m in Paseo del Sol and 100% Italian. Francesca’s is awesome, authentic food, but a bit pricey.
