Ended up going the old school way but still a great video! This dam was a lot tougher to bring down for sure. I urge everyone watching to subscribe to this channel because Mantis does really good work removing these dams. Very entertaining and interesting. If I lived near him I would try to be his friend. Great video, Mantis. Keep up the great work my friend from another Country. 👌👌👍👍 Watching from United States.
Some day , far into the future , a Maiden of the Creek will rise up and present the legendary Blue and Yellow Rake to the one worthy of possessing it ! I'm a terrible writer lol , Thanks for the new video , stay warm !!
He sould also under mine the silt behind the dam while alittwater is flowing over. To make we a trench and break the suction. I believe he would have more success in geting the big rollout of the whole dam.
Mantas, great video. Major undertaking on this beaver dam. So glad that you were able to help a friend before his land was flooded. Have a wonderful weekend. 🥰🥰💖💖🇺🇲💞💞❤❤❤.
Your beavers are evolving their dam building skills. They are really determined and adaptable for their own survival. They really are smart little creatures! Nice job on this one! 🤗👽👽👽😎
Hi Ken, you know that sky, those trees, that canal - that place looks just like the place where I live right now. And I am on the opposite side of the world from you.
Another great video.. thank you.. it looked quite unstable from the start, but the beaver engineers had built good foundations for this one.. well done…
The amount of water power in this one amazing. Beautiful foaming action from a thousand small waterfalls told the story, this one was going to be a workout for you! I really enjoyed the split screen segment and the time lapse downstream showing the water rise. I wonder how many million milliliter of water you have released in your work ?😸😸Impressive!
It wasn’t an epic collapse, yet you did achieve a very good flow to keep the channel open. Nice work as always!👍👏🏻😉 I’m curious if your hands get cold in that water?
Nice little project for you,not the biggest but still a dam, blocking water flow.just keep on doing your thing.have you ever looked into getting excavator lessons, when you come across a dam with a excavator nearby you could maybe be able to use it for taking out the dam.great video,be safe.take good care of yourself and family.😎😎😎👍👍👍
A lot of stick again boy those Beavers are getting better at building the dams so that it takes longer to break down but you can still pay them back keep it up 👍 ❤still love those cameras shots
That was an interesting removal. As you mentioned a lot of hard work. I’ve always wondered how the beavers got so much mud to build with. Watched a nature video but all they showed was them using rocks and twigs.
While the effort of removing the dam and hearing the wash of the water isn't lost on me at all. It's beautiful. There's the intrusive thoughts that say "just a towel roll filled with gunpowder and wrapped in gaffer tape, and it will all be over in a big dose of 'Murica" 💥💥💥
Hi Kenislovas I have watched your videos for a long time now and have come up with an idea, You should start up a firewood business, If you put on the ground on the bank of the stream, a piece of canvas or plastic you could put all the pieces of wood from the dam on it them take it home with you, then you could cut it up into pieces for a fire place , and give some to the person who owns the land and then sell the rest to people who have a fire place or a pot belly stoves , this would remove all the wood from that place then the beavers wouldn’t be able to re use the wood . It may keep the area around the dam just grass and much easier to remove any dams the beavers make , 😊 thanks for your videos. David Hatchman from NSW Australia 😊
Hello, It would be too much work to collect it. Additional transport.. also properties are of random people. Wood is not that expensive in our country. But thanks for offer :))
Hey Papa. This is a first, Papa Sitting down on the job !!! hmmmmmm Dam Observations: 1. De-Barked Sticks in the dam 2. Most of the sticks are not chewed up for food, or stripped for future meals in the lodge, meaning, there must be one close by to that site ??
The hole problem it was hard to remove the sticks went under the mud you were standing on sometimes you need to attack the mud up behind where you were standing but good job atleast you stayed at it cheers
Thanks!
It's always a pleasure to watch a friend help out one of his friends. Wishing you and yours all the best. Cheers.
Ended up going the old school way but still a great video!

That's one tough little dam. You did awesome getting rid of it though.
Some day , far into the future , a Maiden of the Creek will rise up and present the legendary Blue and Yellow Rake to the one worthy of possessing it ! I'm a terrible writer lol , Thanks for the new video , stay warm !!
Well said! Bravo!!
Lost in a flood?
A cross between Excalibur and Mjölnir. That's a cool thought.
😆
imagine some farmer far away cursing why his fields are flooding
WOW 😮 That was some of the greatest ever rake work to pull that dam apart! Awesome as always Mantas 💪👍
Great clearness good to see you spent more time , getting it down to a proper level , it’s not all about a giant collapse
No more grass and mud for you. Now big sticks. Soon the beavers will be using concrete blocks. LOL
Evolution
That was a tough one but the suspense was terrific!!!
He sould also under mine the silt behind the dam while alittwater is flowing over. To make we a trench and break the suction. I believe he would have more success in geting the big rollout of the whole dam.
You are getting closer to your goal keep on going. We love what you do !
Mantas, great video. Major undertaking on this beaver dam. So glad that you were able to help a friend before his land was flooded.
Have a wonderful weekend. 🥰🥰💖💖🇺🇲💞💞❤❤❤.
I was fishing in Alaska and a beaver came up to me and protested me being there by splashing his tail I live in Texas I watch all of your videos
Love your new rake better you did a great job making it 😂😅
That’s a bit tricky today lots of wood in it, watch you don’t go with this one 😆
Your beavers are evolving their dam building skills. They are really determined and adaptable for their own survival. They really are smart little creatures! Nice job on this one!
🤗👽👽👽😎
Short dam, but beavers did a good building it. Lol
As always Mantas, another spectacular removal. You never fail to keep us entertained.
I liked the, "split screen" you did here.
This video made me appreciate your methodology. Thank you, sir.
That was one well built damn 😮
Your new rake is working very well
Thank you for another gem.
Fine work! I would like to see this type of collapse with colored water such as the beet factory from 2+ years ago.😎
Small but well built, there is a Beaver Civil Engineer out there....🦫
Hi Ken, you know that sky, those trees, that canal - that place looks just like the place where I live right now. And I am on the opposite side of the world from you.
Small but still very dangerous good removal
That was a solid dam and so big.
Good to see you. Hopefully, all is well with your channel. Stay safe please
Lots of sticks woven in on this dam makes a collapse almost impossible it's well fortified ,It's time for Mantas to call in the Hunters
Great job, Mantas!
Another great video.. thank you.. it looked quite unstable from the start, but the beaver engineers had built good foundations for this one.. well done…

With high banks it’s going to be hard to get out of the way of collapse
Lovely efficient controlled removal thanks.
Very nice work good job
The Beavers really built that Dam good
Wow. Those beavers fortified that dam with extra sticks. Less mud. They are getting smarter to your labors❤
Stay safe Mantas.
Wow. Split screen . Good job.
It wasn’t an epic collapse, yet you did achieve a very good flow to keep the channel open. Nice work as always!👍👏🏻😉 I’m curious if your hands get cold in that water?
Kept you guessing and ‘on your toes’. 😂😂
Very great job 😁👍🇩🇰

That really looks COLD.....................Jay
Every time I see one of these dams being taken down I marvel at how amazing the beavers are at building them.
Great job😊 give us a show and do a dam dance for us😂
Ho ho ho. They’re getting to know you Mantas. Extra reinforcements today.
Yes, a lot of interwoven sticks ! Got there in the end though ! Two degrees with some sun here. 😁🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Please paint your rake in yellow and blue again. So distinctive and easy to see. Love the videos.
Wow.
You did an amazing job
Nice job taking down the dam. How cold was the water?
You had to work for that one! Downstream not so impressive this time. Them beavers went down fighting. But I’m sure your friend really appreciates it.
Congratulations with 100K subscribers, greetings from Norway 🙂
Tak!
Hard slog. Well done.
That was an interesting removal. As you mentioned a lot of hard work. I’ve always wondered how the beavers got so much mud to build with. Watched a nature video but all they showed was them using rocks and twigs.
Another good one mate , 👍 Bravo 👏
You need to paint or wrap that rake just not the same without seeing your countries colors. God Bless you and your family
The yellow/blue rake was to honor Ukraine, Mantas lives in Lithuania.
@@jasonallen1532 did not know that Thanks
Love your work,
Witam serdecznie 👋👍

Your friend has good beavers! 🤣
Dancing on dams now are we?
That’s the first thing I said too! 😂
late season dams are a pain - and no collapse.
Your new rake needs colours …..!
Great dam removal but tough workout! Hey is property expensive where you are?
Hey Papa. This is a first, Papa Sitting down on the job !!! hmmmmmm
Dam Observations:
1. De-Barked Sticks in the dam

Somehow I feel You gonna get 100K subs untill christmas time this year. ✌😎❤
👍👍👍
🙋♀️💖
I wonder whether it would be useful to weaken the upstream side of the dam first.
This dam put up a massive fight
Which was your most frustrating beaver dam to remove?
The hole problem it was hard to remove the sticks went under the mud you were standing on sometimes you need to attack the mud up behind where you were standing but good job atleast you stayed at it cheers
I noticed now that the new rake isn't yet wrapped, so does it mean that the last video was filmed before the one where you lost the old rake?
❤
this dam was not build to collapse. much to much sticks and gras in it to hold it firm . but nice work in release the water.
Great video my friend. I don't know if anyone has asked you but,are there any types of beaver dam that you don't like doing?all the best from uk.
