- Easily one of my all time favorite Air Max 2 models, the Air Trainer 94 was a huge thing when it dropped back in 94 along side of CW2 and CB2. The bright green air chamber was just so awesome to look and feel, of course it was a lot bigger back in the old days, but still I consider this 2005 retro the most accurate and great representation of the original. I am supper happy to have it in my collection, unfortunately Nike went out of their way and started making unnecessary changes to the model on the latest retros, so it looks like I will be enjoying this one till they finally realize that the model was perfect the way it is.
The last Trainer that was build for the street and still able to keep its grip on the hardwood. I got LeBron 10 shoes. That's when I gave up on ball shoes 2012 lol

I just threw mine away, the red and black and blue and white I even tried to glue them back together, I wish that Nike will put them back out again😍
Damn! Throwback... I had a pair of the originals when they launched back in 94... Love those sneakers! Wish I still had a pair and agree with you completely about how they look and the color alone just pop and drew so much attention (still does)! Hope nike relaunch it in its original form and I would cop a few pairs! Great video!

I still have my pair from 2011 even with the changes one of my favorites I just unyellowed them as well.

You’re totally right... At kids footlocker they sat the shelf right next to the CB94’s 😍 I was 10 years old. Oh and I had them both and wasn’t rich. Kids size were cheaper 😂

One of the best creations by Nike indeed, we were all in love with those Max2's in high school, only the rich kids had them.

I had these from the '05 release and gave them away during a move. It literally makes me sick just thinking about it now that I see how much better this model was than the newer retros.

Should I go TTS or half size up? I'm also a 8.5 like you but in Nike low tops I feel size 9 fits better like the Lebron 12/13 lows, KD7. Do you size up on some Nike lows?

I know im not crazy:i owned these originally when they first came out and the botton sole air chamber didnt look like that. It was sort of like stair steps of air at the bottom heel. I remember vividly because I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Please correct me if im wrong

Yes, this 2005 retro do have a forefoot Air unit. And they run TTS.
