Why do you use two sheets of heat and bond? It’s meant to be sticky on the back so could you get away with one sheet with heat and bond and attach it to the other sheet without the heat and bond? You seem to be using double the amount it’s meant for? Thanks!
New subscriber here. You are such a good teacher! You videos are so clear and understandable. I also appreciate that you show the challenges and problems with cutting different materials and the solutions. The little tricks and tips are helpful, too.
Thank you so much for this video! I just ordered a maker and decide this will be my first project! I love ordering faux leather earrings off Etsy and decided to try and just make my own! Your videos are so helpful!
I am so excited you're going to try making your own. Don't get discouraged if you hit a few bumps at first. You should've seen my first attempts. Watch a few videos and hopefully the tips will help.
Oh no, trying to download your svg from etsy and it says your shop no longer exists. HELP PLEASE. I really want to buy these cut files. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these earrings. Thank you so very much. ❣❣❣
I LOVE THESE!!! My Pastor's wife loves Mickey Mouse. I see the red polka dot faux leathers is sold out and the svg?? I can't tell what was the exact blk leather you used for them but they are all darling!!!
On your black leather what are your settings and on the red and white poka dots leather what are your settings...... I really like watching your videos
On my black faux leather I used shimmer leather, regular pressure. On the polka dot faux leather I put them back to back before cutting so it was thicker than normal. So in this case I actually changed to a genuine leather setting with normal pressure, but with the deep cut blade.
New subscriber here. Love these earrings and your teaching style. Unfortunately the files for the Minnie are no longer available through your link. Help?
Lately when I cut the doubled up faux leather I change to my deep cut blade and set my material to genuine leather. Yes. The Cricut air 2 can cut this.
Thank you! I am having so much fun learning new things. Your videos are so good. I don't have that blade yet, do you think the fine point blade will be ok?
Hi Shari. Sellers seem to have pretty big differences in their prices. I recommend checking out etsy and looking at various sellers. When pricing earrings, keep in mind all of your costs (actual supply costs, mats, transfer tape, leather waste when projects go wrong, etc.). And don't forget your valuable time when pricing out your earrings as well! Earrings costs vary based on size (bigger earrings take more material) and type of material (genuine leather is much more expensive that faux leather). I see faux leather earrings vary from $6-16 and genuine leather vary from about $8-$18.

The Svg cut file is no longer available :(
The SVG files and that shop are no longer available - do you know where else to get this pattern?
Where can I find this Mickey Mouse svg file? When I click on the link it will not work. Thanks for any help!

Hi, I am from KC, are you in KC? I saw your Royals earrings stuff.... Go Royals!
Love them all!!👏🏼👏🏼🙋🏻😍💜
thanks. :)
Hello, first of all I love, love your tutorials. I was wondering if diamond cut rhinestones can be heat pressed to faux leather?? Thank you.

My I ask where you got your Mickey pattern or did you make it yourself?
The MM is for millimeter. It is how thick the leather is. Thank you for such a great tutorial. I can't wait to try these

Can the explore air 2 cut through the doubled up red faux leather? What settings would you recommend?
Lately when I cut the doubled up faux leather I change to my deep cut blade and set my material to genuine leather. Yes. The Cricut air 2 can cut this.
Thank you! I am having so much fun learning new things. Your videos are so good. I don't have that blade yet, do you think the fine point blade will be ok?
Does the transfer tape leave sticky residue like the mats? Thats the issue I've been coming across.
Ccan u used this method with fabric?
I'm not sure if that would make it stiff enough for earrings. You'd probably need to use some fabric stiffner.
Do you sell your earrings? If so an you give me an idea how much you sell them for? Thank you in advance!
