Vertical dance company BANDALOOP presents excerpts from FIELD. Part two of the multi-year work LOOM

FIELD is a multi-thread initiative which weaves performance, research, and education around the ancestral power and ecological impacts of textiles past, present and future. LOOM, beginning with FLOOD in 2020, moving to FIELD in 2021 and growing to part three in 2022 is the latest work by Artistic Director Melecio Estrella.
This work features live music by Ben Juodvalkis, Chibueze Crouch, and Charles Peoples III.
Covid-19 safety protocols were observed among dancers, production team, and audience for this free public gathering. Special thanks to Visit Oakland!
